The condo was outdated and not very clean. I have stayed in a lot of nicer condos for less money. The air conditioner was not working and the host did a great job of finding us another condo that was a lot nicer.

Perfect Location

The location of the property is perfect. Several wonderful restaurants are close by, as well as a lot of shopping. The check-in process was easy and I had good communication with the property manager. The furniture is old, however, it was accurately depicted in the photos. The condo was not cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. My two-year-old granddaughter handed me a vape that she found underneath a bed. We also found several popsicle wrappers in random locations, and we had not had any popsicles. Our biggest complaint of this property are the elevators or the lack there of. There are two working elevators for the entire complex. The third elevator, which is mentioned in the listing, is in a separate building where the gym is. The main pool is also very small. We decided to stay another night and our key code was changed, which left us locked out of our unit. Luckily, I was able to contact the property manager, and we were sent a new code promptly. Overall, for the price that we paid for this particular unit, I would look for a different complex with better amenities and an updated condo. , I would look for a different complex with better amenities and a updated condo if we were to visit Gulf Shores again.

Balcony and view were ONLY redeeming qualities

It's high and has a huge balcony with plenty of seating. Absolutely stunning views. Now that all of the nice things have been mentioned, here's the rest of it. Indoor/ outdoor pool and hot tub were closed 90%of our stay. 2 of the 3 floors of the parking garage were also closed. Living room furniture was cardboard flat packed furniture with sagging and missing shelves. Primary bath had filthy grout and a huge crack in the tub that was kind of glued back together. There was really nothing "nice" in the unit. Zero beach equipment, towels, spices, extra pillows, nothing. We love this area and will definitely be back, but NEVER will book another liquid life unit... everclosed

Perfect for family

We had a great time! This condo was great. The master bedroom carpet needs a shampoo, but everything else was great! Perfect size for our family of 6. We had 3 adults and 3 children.

We enjoyed everything about our unit. There were only 2 things that I’m sure had nothing to do with you, the weather and the elevator being broke down a couple of times. Very inconvenient when you’re on the 17th floor. But overall we enjoyed our time together as a family.

Paid way to much liquid life. had to ask for towels, icemaker wasn't working properly fuany got it fix after 2 calls very little silverware. Couch was terrible i was afraid it was going to break. I will never use liquid life again.

CANCEL

We had such an awful experience that I would recommend to CANCEL immediately! We arrived and could not get in b/c someone was in there fixing a closet door, we found a broken framed glass picture broken in the kids room stuffed behind the dresser, there was a cord that was traveling across the room in our other kids room that was a tripping hazard, the floors were filithy, the bathroom curtains and regular curtains were stained or hadn't been washed so they looked dirty. Knobs in one shower was broken, lights and tv's weren't working and some were unplugged. Furniture was broken. It felt as if someone had just thrown a huge party in there and no one had come by to check anything. I was extremely frustrated and requested that a manager call me, I requested this by 2 text messages, 2 emails, phone calls and I even asked the Maintenace man to put in a note for someone to call me. By Friday afternoon I was told through text message that it was the weekend and there was no one for me to talk to about my complaint and that it would have to looked through next week, I don't believe that was true because this a vacation condo rental people are mainly there on weekends. Monday at 4pm I finally received call for but the problem was we were checking out the next day. B/c of this I requested a partial refund and was told she couldn't do it but she would "expedite" it to upper management. It is Friday of the following week and I still have not received a call! Very Angry!

LOVED the room!

My family LOVED staying on the 17th floor! It was so nice to be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view without worrying about other people "seeing us" (my family enjoys its privacy haha). The only issue my family had was there were only 2 elevators and one kept breaking down (due to other guests not the company's fault). This caused some back-ups at the elevators that were more of an aggrivation than a true "problem".

It was inconvenient not to have at least 1 extra roll of Toilet Tissue or Paper Towels. Also, I asked for help getting the Wifi on Thursday, & no one helped me until Saturday. I was told on Thursday that someone would come by that day but, that did not happen. I had to call several times to get results on Saturday, the day before we left.

NICE but there is more for your money elsewhere

Condo was nice but amenities were not. I am comparing this to the condos we stayed at the last 3 years. There is very little EXTRA included with this condo. Last year we stayed in 1704 and it is the world of difference, the condo we stayed at last year had 2 parking passes, a wagon, couple beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, 10-15 games, 10-15 movies, some toys incase there were kids with us, 2 sets of binoculars. (the ones in this condo were broke and looked like they been that way for a while). A lot of spices (salt, pepper, the basic). The mixer was broke and with a GLUTEN FREE child this is a must appliance, luckily I brought my own because I cant risk it. It is not a BAD place, I just think there is a lot more for your money if you have the time to search and read. Wont stay again unless we don't book fast enough next year.

This condo was perfect. It was clean And the bunk bed had its own room with its own tv. The king bed in the master bedroom was nice. It was close to restaurants and shopping. The view was great. We loved it!

Property was in great location, great spot on the beach!!! Wonderful views Only downfall was the elevator situation, when it was busy it was hard to get on an elevator. Other than that, everything was wonderful!!! Would totally go back

Perfect beach location!

Waking up to have coffee on the patio watching the Gulf is the best!! Views are amazing. Excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants, beautiful beach!!!
