I am disappointed that we were not responded to nor was any progress made to provide the internet access or access to televisions that was promised in the listing. In addition I brought a concern about the grill (which was unusable and terribly dirty) that was also promised in the listing. The concerns were also brought up about the barstool chairs which were not useable because some were missing screws and my son fell off of one. Additionally I will sent photos of the chair set that was put up on the deck for us to sit on, it was also completely unusable and definitely unsafe, the banister going up the stairs was also loose and should not be used until it's fixed. The hot tub was not clean, nor did it smell chlorinated and in fact gave some of us rashes. I was very excited for this vacation with my family and we paid a premium for the location (which was great) with the amenities listed. At first the owner was responsive (but did not correct anything) however they completely stopped responding to me after the first day. We went without many things that were promised in the listing and I will be working through VRBO to receive a partial refund for items that were promised in the listing that were not functioning or usable.
