Great condo!

Such a great condo with an excellent location. It’s beautiful inside. We really enjoyed our stay. You might wanna get the microwave fixed. It didn’t work for us while we were there.

Great property, poor management company

Ocean house is great, especially the pool. Just won't use Beach Ball properties again. Poor communication with check in process, door lock is ready to break and unpredictable, clanging flag pool kept us up at night, called but nothing done. Difficult to maintain temperature because of draft with main entrance door that didn't close fully. Maintenance worker showed up for a request we didn't make.

Great Location

Great location. Easy access to the beach and nice large pool. This property was on the second floor which was nice because you could easily skip the elevator and not have far to go. Wasnt a fan of the early check in price. 50.00 per hour for early check in seems kind of high. We opted out and just hung around. until 4pm.

Just steps from the beach! Clean & nice!

This property was great! We did have a little trouble finding out where to go to check in. Beautiful view & very close to the beach. The pool is huge & wonderful. Would love to go back to the same condo again!!

Beach Reconstruction

Property overall satisfactory for the price; however, the week we stayed there was no beach access due to the company reconstructing after hurricanes. 24/7 beeping from huge equipment does not make for a relaxing vacation. Had to pay to park to have beach access down the road. In fairness we should have been told about this before arrival.

Needed better Maintenance and personal touches

We had trouble right off the bat with the door not opening properly. The couch had a burn mark in the arm and the walls had major scuff marks. I took pictures just to cover myself but if this was actually owned by an individual and not a corporation it would have probably been a better experience. The only toilet paper in the bathrooms was what was left in the roll, which wasn’t much. It missed the basic niceties that a private owner does for their renters to show pride in their property. The communication from the management company was minimal and I had to reach out twice for information needed for check in. Felt more like a model than a private condo!

Overall a great condo - great view! It was very clean and had the essentials - dishes, coffee pot, pots and pans. No extra beach gear or any pantry goods like salt and pepper, sugar, coffee filters or cooking oils etc. Beds were comfy and the air worked great! Would go definitely go back to this unit!

Great Stay

This place was awesome! Easy access to beach and pool. The condo was very clean and had extra blankets and pillows. The one downfall was the amount of pots and pans they had available to cook with. They had tons of cups, plates, and utensils though. I still give this place 5 stars and will definitely be staying here again!

Great location!

This condo is a nice little gem. Check in was seamless. This is right on the beach, we enjoyed getting up and sitting on the balcony and ended our days in the same location. There is a bathroom located on the bottom floor garage area which is convenient if you didn’t want to go back up to the condo. Beds are comfortable and they pretty much had anything we needed. You pay $30 parking pass for the week which I felt was very reasonable. You won’t be disappointed with this condo. Any communication I had with the property management prior to our stay was always a quick response.

It was honestly the perfect spot, and the view from the room was amazing. It was very clean, and we had everything we needed to cook. This may not mean much to other people, but when I saw the cross when I walked in it immediately made me feel peaceful about our choice. Thank you!

Great location!

This particular unit on the property was very cleaned, well kept and the layout is nice. The beach area was spacious and the pool was a nice size even with a crowd. The property did not have a fitness center or hot tub as advertised. Heads up to anyone booking this unit the management had a VERY strict policy that you cannot use the code to enter the condo any earlier than 4pm.

Great Place to Stay!

This property was so close to the water!! The views from the living room and master bedroom were beautiful! Condo was pretty clean other than someone putting up very dirty dishes in the cabinets without washing them. Otherwise, I was a little disappointed there were no extra garbage bags for any of the garbage cans, and there were no filters for the coffee maker. We had already done our grocery shopping but had to go back for those. Typically filters are provided at places we have stayed in the past, so that was not something I has planned to bring. It uses Mr. Coffee 8-12 cups filters, so if you are a coffee drinker you will need to pick some up. Also, a picture had fallen off the wall and someone has just placed it behind a chair, instead of putting it back up. There was also a random shower curtain rod in the guest bath just laying on the floor. Other than those small things, we were pleased with our stay. Very close to ocean and to restaurants. Mikee’s was our favorite seafood restaurant and it is just minutes away! Very good experience over all.
