This Place was phenomenal. Great view of the ocean along with the amenities if we just wanted to hang out and not deal with sand. Room came well equipped with all the linings we needed. Cleaning supplies we located and were used. Check in and Out was easy and fast. If we had an issue we were helped immediately. Great place to book and will be using the same company as we did.

Good, but not great. Considering the 10/10 rating and the price, I was expecting more from this place. Condo was fairly clean, but with some noticeable wear and tear on several furniture items. Mold or (other black spots) visible at windows and on at least one AC vent. When we arrived, I noticed that the carpet in both bedrooms was wet and I had soapy residue on my feet after walking out of the bedroom. Turns out the carpets were cleaned that morning. When I inquired, they said they meant to get to it the day before, but ran out of time. Thankfully, the carpets dried out by that night. We also had a smoke detector that was on the fritz and I couldn’t fix it myself. It was beeping in alarm mode for about three hours before someone finally came to address it. This was also after four calls and messages sent liquid life and the condo building.I would stay at this condo building again, but would look at other units that are priced more reasonably. The unit had plenty of space for two adult adults and one child, and could probably accommodate a few more. We appreciated the games that were available and the beautiful view from the balcony.Pros: convenient location, close to the hangout, easy beach access, clean pools, quiet, and well-maintained facility, large unitCons: slow response time for maintenance issues, over priced in my opinion, bunk room is TINY (only good for younger kids)

Great Property on the Beach!

This was property was perfect for our family vacation this year. Easy access to the beach, pool, and other amenities. Close to the town for shopping, groceries, dining options, and fun attractions. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and bathroom without feeling cramped. Property was as described and clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thanks!

Great Stay

We stayed over Easter in 2025. Overall we had a great trip. This condo was perfect. We’ve stayed in Gulf Shores and the Lighthouse condos a couple of times. We would definitely use the Liquid Life properties again. The difference is in the small details. The kitchen has anything you could need from serving dishes to martini glasses. They had a range of books and dvd movies. The beds were really nice and the place was very clean. I would highly recommend staying in this property.

Good overall, but a few issues

The condo was just as listed and beautiful!We loved the view, the beachfront access, and location to amenities. Less than 5 stars were the check in process and cleanliness of condo. When checking in, we were informed that we needed a parking pass but had no idea the cost. In case you are wondering, it was 50. No big deal but would have been nice to inform the guest before arrival. When we received our parking pass the office staff person was explicit about rules. This wasn’t welcoming and made us nervous to let our kids be kids. Said that if a kid pushed too many buttons in the elevator we would be evicted. The condo was clean, but there were areas that could have used extra attention - broken or cracked plastic bins in the refrigerator, splatters from a spill on a bathroom door, dirty baseboards, some dishes needed rewashing, and not perfectly white towels (appeared to be rust water stain from hard water). Also, on the morning of our last day, my husband tuned on the bathroom light and was greeted by a cockroach next to his toiletry bag on the bathroom countertop. Yuck!! We of course informed the property managers and they were quick to respond saying they would take care of the issue. We were on our way out anyway at that point. Overall we had a great family trip but the cleanliness of the condo was not all it was cracked up to be. I’m going home and going to leave all of our belongings outside to be unpacked as to not bring bugs home. Not the ending I hoped for.

Beautiful view, perfect location

Condo is perfect for a family, the view from the balcony is beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast out there several times the furniture is very comfortable (oddly enough it’s my husbands favorite). We did end up renting chairs and an umbrella on the beach but $110 for 3 days isn’t bad. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is great when traveling with a small child as well. The outdoor pools were great for the couple of days that the water was too rough to go out. Easy walking distance to a couple of restaurants and most other things are less than 5 miles. Communication with the host was great initially I booked the wrong dates and was able to correct it immediately with no issues. We will be coming back next year.

Awesome stay!

Great location! The condo was close to a lot of things, but we had everything we needed for the week and didn’t venture out too much. The beach was just a quick trip down the elevator and a few yards away. We spent a lot of time out of the balcony with great views of the ocean and even had a perfect view of the July 4th fireworks, and saw dolphins several times. The condo was the perfect size for our group - we had 3 adults, 3 pre-teens and a toddler. Owner was quick to respond to questions before our stay. Check in and check out was a breeze! Check in took only a few minutes, getting our pool and parking passes. The condo had tons of carts to load and unload luggage, which was super helpful.
