Great location to beach, everything worked kitchen was not well stocked but it worked for us. I wish there were window covering more so theb just sheer curtains, made sleeping in and watching TV at times difficult due to the glare. If we would have had neighbors on eitjer side it would have made it difficult. Communication with management was great. Inwould recommend staying again.

Perfect for family!

Enough space for everyone to be able to relax. Location was great. You are minutes from the amazing beach. Back porch was my favorite place to take an afternoon nap. Full size washer and dryer was convenient to have. We brought our favorite kitchen skillets, cooking utensils, and spices. House is CLEAN! Master suite bed is so comfortable! Will stay again!

We normally like to stay closer to the water, but we needed to save a little money this year, and the price was fair for its location. I guess my only complaint would be that the window in the master bedroom didn’t have any curtains, and if anyone was on the porch next door they could see straight into the bedroom.

Spring Break Tradition

Beautiful! Loved our stay at Mellow Yellow. It was just the right size for us 2 mom friends and our 6 kiddos. The walk to the beach is a little indirect but a fun adventure for the kiddos. We were able to drive and park the car right by an easy trail to the beach to accommodate for my friend with a a broken leg on crutches. Would recommend this house to any families out there wanting to vacation on a budget. Owners were very quick to answer any and all questions we had.

CUTE!

There are 4 bedrooms, 1 king bed with private bathroom, 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds with a 2nd bathroom. Both restrooms were stocked with towels and toiletries. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and detergent. My only complaint would be the sugar ants that were on the counter upon our arrival. Overall we had a great experience and I would stay again 100%. The host went above and beyond for us; they had left water and popcorn for us! Mrs. Julie was the sweetest lady. We walked to the beach in a short 2/3 minutes.

We loved mellow yellow. The house looked and smelled squeaky clean when we arrived. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Beds and living room furniture were comfy. Again, this is a great house and very clean. The biggest drawback of the house was its location. There is NO direct access to the wonderful Fort Morgan beaches. Especially once the lot directly behind the house is built on. That’s our one and only complaint. Had a great trip, Julie was excellent and quick to respond when any questions arose.
