Owner made us sit outside for over an hour even though house cleaners were well gone - we booked last minute and arrived at 250pm - So if youâre hoping to be able to check in early avoid this rental. The home was very small and run down with lots of damage. Itâs clearly not managed. Also is not structurally sound when you walk the entire house shakes. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from the neighbors - we checked in at 4pm - unpacked and at 6pm the neighbor was snapping on us our kids were too loud (all grown kids 12-16) no music, no yelling - just simple conversations and unpacking . The front porch canât be used there is nails protruding everywhere- 2 of our kids shirts got ripped from simply standing on the porch and you canât be on porch without shoes due to nails. If you have small children Iâd avoid at all costs. They also donât provide anything as most hosts do, so be prepared to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. Overall was a very poor stay
