We chose this place to stay for some rest and relaxation. We loved the view but sitting outside was uncomfortable due to the lack of proper seating. The upper deck had two small folding chairs and a 2ft round table. Certainly not enough room to eat breakfast and drink your coffee outside. One of the two chaise lounge chairs at the pool was broken and should have been removed from the sitting area. That left only one usable chaise lounge. The other chairs outside of pool area were not comfortable for lounging. There were rules posted about not moving furniture from its location. So you couldn't use a poolside chair to the deck for sitting. The last night we were there, a group of people moved into the condo next-door. They were extremely loud, obnoxious, and vulgar people, who were up until 1:00 a.m. and by 7:00 a.m., they were outside again being loud, vulgar, and honking horns. This pretty much ruined our last night on Thursday, 9/4/25. A man showed up unexoectedly to cut the grass just before we were going out to use the pool. We were not told to expect anyone. Of course the grass clippings were in the pool when he left. So my husband had to clean the pool before we could use it. We didn't have time to call the host and wait for someone to come clean it, due to a scheduled event. This should have been coordinated ahead of time by the host. Given the amount charged per nights stay and all of the fees, we were expecting a more enjoyable experience.
