Minot complaints mostly. One of the elevators was broken until the last day of our stay. Jaccuzi was too hot to get into (literally no one used it), pool was too warm. Seemed like a major ask to get a pen to fill out the parking permit and actually told us to ask one of our neighbors. Not a big deal also but you have to go buy your own trash bags, toiletries, soap, dish soap, etc. But overall if we went to gulf shores again would use this property again.
Couldn’t even get in the unit for the first hour we were there because they couldn’t give us a correct code to get in the door with. Also signed all contracts and agreements a week prior to arrival and provided debit card for incidentals, made sure they had everything but received a text the day of arrival saying they needed my debit card again or I wouldn’t be able to enter the property, had to re-verify my debit card information while on the road. The batteries in the TV remotes were dead. just a terrible experience and would not recommend.
