The property worked out very well for our little family. The location is great in a sweet little neighborhood close to the beach. The hosts were very accommodating even supplying a pack and play for our grandchild.

Great stay!!

Second time staying at this property and again exceeded all expectations. Great location away from crowded gulf shores beaches, very close proximity to fort Morgan beach(literally across the street) close to several great restaurants and nearby grocery stores. The house itself is very spacious, especially the kitchen and living areas which we enjoyed. Highly recommend!

House was close to beach, kids loved it. It was clean. BBQ needs replaced but worked for what we needed. Outdoor shower had no shower head, used hose to clean off sand instead. Overrall great time.

We had a Great and Memorable stay at Cha House. Alex and Julie were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. FYI to future renters. We bought a canopy and had to leave it, no room in vehicle, some days it was a life saver. Enjoy!

Family Vacation

The property is a little older but we'll maintained and you can tell is in the process of updates. The home had what we needed for the week and communication was good between property management and us. The home has some older appliances which caused a little bit of grumbling but we are not high maintenance so it did not bother us much and the outside shower did not work well. Home is great proximity to the water and has good views despite not being directly on the water and has great breezes.

Nice house in a great location, couldnt use 2 of the rooms due to an ant infestation, son woke up in the middle of the night saying bugs were crawling on him and biting him, property manager said the bites were biting flies from the beach, i could believe it if we had been outside but this was our first night there.will not stay there again

This is a great house with the beach just across the street. Plenty of room, clean, neat and modern. The only issues we had were a few nails sticking up on the deck and the luggage lift did not work. I would highly recommend this house. We plan to use it again.

Great Location

It’s a great location. We love that area. The house was clean but the porch was in bad shape, my 3 year old and my 10 year old got extremely big deep splinters the first day there. Also, I didn’t like that there were no curtains over kitchen window, back door and the sliding door. The ones on the sliding door were not big enough to cover and were so thin so the neighbors could see all in the house. The other thing was, my kids and I have to have a tv going to go to sleep, this house had 1 tv in it, and that was in the living room but other than that the stay was great.

Family and Friends getaway

Location is great. Nice being away from the crowded beaches. Easy check in process. No early check in. Pretty clean. Easy communication with rental group. House could definitely use some maintenance/TLC. Wear shoes on front porch to avoid splinters. One TV. Had a pretty big problem with sugar ants in the kitchen. Owner explained it was because of the weather so nothing we could really do about it. Tried to keep as much food off the counters as possible. Overall, nice place to stay and reasonably priced.

Great house and location, but needs some repairs

The house is in a great location! The beach is just across the street. Keep in mind that the nearest grocery store is 20+ minutes away, though, and buy your food for the week before you arrive at the house. The house was perfect for the seven of us. Communication with the property management Company was excellent and they always answered right away, even when the locked door was jammed and we were locked out one night. They also offered help when my son was stung severely by a jellyfish. I wish so badly I could give the house five stars but there were several issues we ran into. I mentioned getting locked out, which happened multiple times. The main bathroom has a removable shower head sprayer, and there is nothing there to hold it up, so it sits at the bottom of the pole it’s attached to and sprays at your waist. The subfloor under the kitchen tile by the back door has rotted and A tile almost went through the management

When I called to check on our reservation after we booked, the number just rang. All communication is done by text. It made us a bit leery that it was a scam, but it all worked out and the text system was timely answered. This house is located on the second row of houses in from the beach, facing the beach - so pretty close. However, it does not really have much of a beach view as the houses in front of it are large. You can definitely hear the ocean and enjoy the ocean breeze. It is about a block walk to the public access. The house was spacious with a big kitchen. The lift that is clearly shown in the listing is NOT functional (definitely misleading). The beds in the non-master rooms were foam mattress (or similar). They were not very comfortable for adults, maybe ok for kids only. Otherwise the bedrooms and bathrooms were good/functional. Worked well for family with kids.We only used the side stairs. The front deck and stairs were pretty weather worn and did not feel real stable for hauling luggage and bigger people.Upon arrival we found one of the bathroom toilet seats had cracked. We texted the number and they sent someone out the same day to fix it. Great response!Overall this house worked for our trip and was a very functional home for the price and location.
