Enjoyed our stay!

The property worked out very well for our little family. The location is great in a sweet little neighborhood close to the beach. The hosts were very accommodating even supplying a pack and play for our grandchild.

September Stay

We had a Great and Memorable stay at Cha House. Alex and Julie were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. FYI to future renters. We bought a canopy and had to leave it, no room in vehicle, some days it was a life saver. Enjoy!

Great house and location, but needs some repairs

The house is in a great location! The beach is just across the street. Keep in mind that the nearest grocery store is 20+ minutes away, though, and buy your food for the week before you arrive at the house. The house was perfect for the seven of us. Communication with the property management Company was excellent and they always answered right away, even when the locked door was jammed and we were locked out one night. They also offered help when my son was stung severely by a jellyfish. I wish so badly I could give the house five stars but there were several issues we ran into. I mentioned getting locked out, which happened multiple times. The main bathroom has a removable shower head sprayer, and there is nothing there to hold it up, so it sits at the bottom of the pole it’s attached to and sprays at your waist. The subfloor under the kitchen tile by the back door has rotted and A tile almost went through the management

Location is great. Nice being away from the crowded beaches. Easy check in process. No early check in. Pretty clean. Easy communication with rental group. House could definitely use some maintenance/TLC. Wear shoes on front porch to avoid splinters. One TV. Had a pretty big problem with sugar ants in the kitchen. Owner explained it was because of the weather so nothing we could really do about it. Tried to keep as much food off the counters as possible. Overall, nice place to stay and reasonably priced.

1st family vacation

House was close to beach, kids loved it. It was clean. BBQ needs replaced but worked for what we needed. Outdoor shower had no shower head, used hose to clean off sand instead. Overrall great time.

Great Location

It’s a great location. We love that area. The house was clean but the porch was in bad shape, my 3 year old and my 10 year old got extremely big deep splinters the first day there. Also, I didn’t like that there were no curtains over kitchen window, back door and the sliding door. The ones on the sliding door were not big enough to cover and were so thin so the neighbors could see all in the house. The other thing was, my kids and I have to have a tv going to go to sleep, this house had 1 tv in it, and that was in the living room but other than that the stay was great.

Nice house in a great location, couldnt use 2 of the rooms due to an ant infestation, son woke up in the middle of the night saying bugs were crawling on him and biting him, property manager said the bites were biting flies from the beach, i could believe it if we had been outside but this was our first night there.will not stay there again

Great stay!!

Second time staying at this property and again exceeded all expectations. Great location away from crowded gulf shores beaches, very close proximity to fort Morgan beach(literally across the street) close to several great restaurants and nearby grocery stores. The house itself is very spacious, especially the kitchen and living areas which we enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

The property is a little older but we'll maintained and you can tell is in the process of updates. The home had what we needed for the week and communication was good between property management and us. The home has some older appliances which caused a little bit of grumbling but we are not high maintenance so it did not bother us much and the outside shower did not work well. Home is great proximity to the water and has good views despite not being directly on the water and has great breezes.

Great Property, Great Location - one word: Peaceful

Our expectations were met and exceeded with this place. We expected - a peaceful place to spend a week, close to the beach and away from the crowds of Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. Bonus - Great property, well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable stay. There's a charcoal grill in what turned out to be a very nice area underneath the house that provided not only shade, but also a light breeze on most days which we took advantage of since there were comfortable chairs and a pair of tables down there. The walk to the beach is about 2 doors down and across the street, so it's less than 5 minutes and easy to carry your chairs/tent/toys on the way. Another thing we did not expect, was the beach. It was nearly a private beach!! We were able to leave our chairs and canopy on the beach overnight without concern, which made the walk to the beach even easier. Great place, would stay there again.

Quiet house on the beach

We spent Easter weekend at this lovely house just steps away from the beach. We really enjoyed how uncrowded the beach was, especially great for surf fishing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a simple meal for the family. My only complaint is that the master bedroom has a tempur-pedic bed, which i'm sure is very nice... but VERY firm for my liking. Also, if you like fluffy pillows, bring your own.

Fantastic trip!

My girlfriend, myself, two of our friends and dog had a an amazing stay at Cha House. The house was very clean, well stocked, beautiful kitchen with plenty of accessories/cookware, literally across the street from the beach with a partial but very nice beach view on the very large balcony. Highly recommend this property. The only downside was the listing stated "two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom." In reality there is only one bedroom with a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds in each room and are both Queen sized rooms in my opinion. But regardless that didn't matter, we still had an incredible time, loved the house and will definitely be returning hopefully soon. Thank you!!
