Perfect Place

Have been coming to Gulf Shores for 30+ years - usually once in summer staying on beach and once in fall staying in house. Have stayed in this neighborhood many times using different rentals and this one beats them all!! What a great property for larger group, or even multiple families. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Time

This was annual family vacation (9 folks). First time staying at Fair Winds. Great layout. Accommodations were perfect for our family. Loved the dining table. Great size to eat, play games and enjoy time together. Would highly recommend. We will be back!!

Best Vacation this year...

My family have been on several vacations this year and this by fat was the Absolutely best one yet. The house was clean had all the amenities we needed. It was spacious and very modern and up to date. The Beach was literally less then 40 yards away.. It made us feel as if we was on our own private island.. We will definitely be staying in this area again...Thanks for the Great Hospitality...

We had 11 people six adults five children and we had plenty a room without bumping into each other. There’s space for all of us even on both floors of the porches, everyone at Coastal View are so nice and the Communication with them you feel they are there for you . Linda, the property manager is just awesome. The person that owns his house fault of everything the family shouldn’t need. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

The we loved the way the house was decorated, the porches on both levels. The kitchen is well stocked. We also loved the extra siting area upstairs. We loved the Morgantown neighborhood and the closeness of the house to the boardwalk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The obit suggestion I would offer is a free standing ice maker would be nice. The fridge ice maker just didn’t make much, so we ended up buying several bags of ice during the week.

The house had enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen has a huge island and plenty of seating for meals. It was well stocked with large pots to cook fresh corn we got locally. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. The porch furniture is great and the outdoor shower was a game changer to keep the sand out of the house. We loved the location, not right on the beach but not far at all. Beach access was very easy and so much closer than we thought it would be. Linda the manager checked on us several times and was very nice and helpful. We will definitely consider coming back to Fair Winds next year.

50 Anniversary Family Celebration

A huge well appointed kitchen with an enormous island was a crowd pleaser for sure. There’s a lot going on with eleven people preparing and eating various meals. Three couples enjoyed their beautiful bedrooms and large bathrooms. The shared bunk room bathroom had plenty of space to share also. The two family areas, decor, 2 fridges, fantastic laundry room and outdoor shower were all bonuses:) Our family loved the two balconies and dreck furniture ( my husband and I enjoyed it so much we bought a Pollywood set when we returned home). Accessibility to the boardwalk, beach and parking was the best yet and literally across the street from the house. To top it all off the customer service provided by Costal View Vacations was the best we have ever experienced in twenty five years of traveling to Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan area. From the very first contact with the office staff to meeting Jen on location was an absolute joy. I’d love to be Jen’s neighbor all year long. What a great person to represent your company, I felt like I had known her for years. My husband and I are thinking about becoming snowbirds and will certainly find the right fit with Costal View Vacations. A matter of fact Jen has already sent us a few possibilities:) Thanks for making the trip of a lifetime full of memories for our family. P.S. Best water pressure ever!
