Great place

Check in was easy. Kitchen was well stocked and toilet paper/paper towels were provided. Washer/Dryer was a PLUS. Pool was kind of small for a family of 6 with grown kids but we still enjoyed it! Place was spotless, pool could use a good cleaning. Very nice house!

This home was perfect for our family of 6! We had tons of room to stretch out, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes and utensils that we needed. We loved the pool and how close it was to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Cute, quiet, and big!

The Flirty Flamingo is exactly as described! Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room! We had my husband and I with 3 kids and my mom for two days! There is plenty of space and storage!!! The pool is the added bonus ! We will definitely be staying here again !

House is cute but fleas and communication and how it was handled ruined it.

The house was super cute and a great space for our family and friends. We enjoyed the pool space and were having a great time. A couple days in we noticed bites on some of our legs and then noticed a flea in the 1 yr olds hair. At closer look there were fleas eggs in her head. It was disgusting. Pest control couldn't come in and moving all of our items wasn't really an option. So we bug bombed on our own and evacuated at dinner time with a 1 yr old at her bedtime and another kid who was sick at the time. Had to wash all the linens and sheets when we returned. If that wasn't bad enough the communication with the property manager has been horrible. Hasn't responded to my emails, calls, on what will be refunded and how we will make this right. Such a bummer to trust that we are going somewhere nice to spend our vacation and this is all we remember. I hate leaving a bad review but with how this was handled I can't not say anything and have this happen to someone else.

We enjoyed the pool and was happy to have it as, the A.C. wasn’t working properly. We were experiencing extreme heat conditions at the time. The first night was a bit uncomfortable but we survived because of the ceiling fans. The property manager, Charlotte, did everything in her power to help make us comfortable including offering to put us in another rental. She did get an A.C. guy to come the next morning and he said their was a leak and the unit was old and needed replacing, he put freon in and that helped cool it down plus a good thunderstorm kept it cool enough to sleep well that second night. Over all the property definitely needed some maintenance in the kitchen, the oven door did not close properly and could have been a hazard if used. The kitchen was stocked with your basic necessities for cooking, pots, pans, glassware, cups and utensils. It was clean and equipped with a nice washer and dryer and plenty of pool towels. If they can replace the A.C. Unit and fix the stove, we would be happy to stay again.

Great Place - a couple notes

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms were great! Tvs in all the rooms, comfy living room. Overall our stay was great! For reference, a couple of minor necessities they dont provide would include: more than 2 garbage bags, extra TP, zip lock bags, and any spices you'd like in the kitchen.

Loved the Flirty Flamingo

We loved the house and location. We had a group of 6, 4 adults and young children, and everyone had a good time. I think the only slight con was that we had to go buy toilet paper and trash bags because what was provided just wasn't enough for the group. When we had problems accessing the grill and pool toys, the owner was quick to respond. All of us would return to this property.

Exactly right

We rented the house and apartment in back. It all was exactly right for us - location, size of the house, size of the apt, size of the driveways (there are 2). We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect site. It was our family of 4 including 2 teens. Plus my sister and husband who were in the apt. Together but apart. They had a Sprinter and Mini Winnie so one of the driveways was all theirs. Both places were immaculate. And the decor plus finishes are really, really nice. It really is well-appointed - we cooked each night and did need a thing, other than our own groceries. You may need to run to the store for more paper towels, TP, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets, like we did. Otherwise, this property has it all. Massive showers too - clean, beautiful tile. Everything looks like it was remodeled and decorated very recently. We all kept saying all weekend how everything was perfect. So happy to have made more great travel memories with my family.

There was an issue with hot water the bed had cat or dog hair on all the cover and sheets I took a video of it and bugs inside the home I have photos. Still haven’t received my check out notification on my refundable deposit. Great location beautiful home!

Other than running out of TP, this vacation home was by far the best we’ve had. My family really enjoyed our stay and look forward to making this a regular yearly getaway.

Great overall experience!

A great location on a quiet street one block off of 90 hwy. Very comfortable and set up nicely. Pool was nice! The only surprise that was not stated is, there is a garage/apartment on the property that shares the pool. The neighbors were great and enjoyed them though!

Loved the Flirty Flamingo

My family absolutely loved this placed. Very homey, has everything you need, two blocks from the beach, private pool and fully stocked kitchen. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Showers in both Flirty Flamingo and Flirty Flamingo too were huge!!! Host was very friendly and responded quickly. She has thought of every possible needs you might have. She has cards, table games, old school video games and books. We will definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon.

Uncomfortable having cameras on us and someone staying in the other building our whole stay. Roaches were inside and outside to property.
