The check-in experience was very unwelcoming overall. Never gave me information about where room was, Breakfast options , coffee/tea facilities. Think overall less than 10-15 words. Hotel room was adequate decent sized TV for the room size although internet seems a little inconsistent at times.

Really appreciated the check-in process and being able to arrive late due to not needing to check in at a desk. The shower took a long time to become warm, at first I thought it was broken. There was also no hot/cold indication so I didn't know if it was even set properly. Overall a good place for a short stay.

Simple hotel , close to the free way. Rooms a simple but modern , this is not a full service hotel. So front desk is not always occupied.

Unhappy stay but nice staff

not enough information when I checked in after service hour, I had to call hotel's number on check in box,,,,it was bit scared(hotel was completely locked) however was able to pick up my room key ..... I didn't know I picked up 2 room keys....staff didn't explain clearly I only informed to pick up the key from box.....we used only 1 room(226) which it wasn't our original room....should use 126 which is a lot better conditioned. I thought extra key for amenity room access. Anyway overall I didn't have any issued with this hotel(they didn't charge me extra).... I wish Hotels.com could add more information about how to check in after check in hours. not only this hotel it may need for others too. Also I want say thank you to Mr Andre(Check out staff at front desk) ...

Pillow felt like it disintegrated, shower looked moldy and there is nothing close by or open late, but hey that is most of Germany.Parking was tight, I skipped breakfast so maybe I missed out on something.
