Located in the heart of Halfmoon Bay Welcome Woods, this cottage is just minutes away from some of the most sought-after locations on the coast. The cottage is completely separate from the main house with your own driveway and fenced yard for peace and privacy.
The cottage driveway can hold up to three vehicles and the fenced yard surrounded by trees allows for space to spread out and enjoys the outdoors. The patio, equipped with outdoor seating and a BBQ makes for a wonderful setting to reflect on the day. The flat layout of the property and rancher style cottage is great with those who have difficulties with stairs or rough terrain.

As you enter the spacious rancher there is a mudroom for your convenience equipped with a washer and dryer. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked and looks out into the living/dinning room. You can cook or bake well still enjoying your company! The kitchen includes a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and of course coffee/tea!

Enjoy a cozy evening chatting by the fire in the large living room or just curled up on the couch watching Netflix. The sofa doubles as a hide-a-bed if you require additional sleeping arrangements.

Two bedrooms, one with a king and en suite bathroom and the other with a queen bed have lots of room to spread out and get a great nights rest! The full bathroom situated between the bedroom has a shower/tub combo.
