I didnât receive check-in information for the apartment, and despite being unable to access it on the first night, was not offered a refund or even an apology. The âemergency contactâ number led me to an answering service who were unable to do anything but email the manager. The apartment was not particularly clean, especially the kitchen, which also did not contain basics like dish towels. There was no bath soap provided in the bathroom.
The apartment was in a great location very close to Dalhousie, but due to the stress and frustration of being unable to communicate with the rental management, I wonât be staying there again.
