There is nothing particular about this property BUT to our great surprise our reservation was in US dollars and not in Canadian dollars as expected. Also site said breakfast included which it was not. So although we were comfortable, the unexpected certainly put a damper on our stay. Having booked with expedia before and having no problems with Canadian currency, this time we are extremely disappointed and feel as if we were very much mislead.

We had requested extra washcloths but never received them the first evening. The second evening we had to request extra washcloths and they had not replaced the used towels. They were replaced quickly however upon request.

The staff was very polite and pleasant. We found the exercise room exceptional; it was very well equipped. The room was clean and the shower was very nice with no water issues like at other hotels.
