This hotel is still a work in progress but you can tell some effort is being made on improvements. The bathrooms are newly renovated but the rest of the room still needs work. Our air conditioner was quite loud, there was no way to control the volume on the tv, and one or two outlets didn't work, but maybe that's part of future renovations. That being said, the beds are really comfortable and I ended up having a great sleep.

Worst hotel ever

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was in dire need of updates. There was no place to plug in our electronics to charge them; we were given a password for the wifi however the signal was so bad that we could not even open Facebook and forget about watching a movie on Netflix with an Amazon stick; the mattress was sagging; the supposedly breakfast was the lamest thing I nave ever seen; the air conditioning was almost blowing in warm air. To top this there is enormous construction and loads of street blocked around the hotel with long detours. On our last evening we misplaced our room key….we were told that they don’t have any additional key available and that the person at the reception would need to come open our door anytime we go out. We looked everywhere in the room for the key and thought that we must have forgot it in the keyhole and that someone took it….which meant that we had to pack all our valuables and new purchases and carry them in the car when we weny out for supper. We will never book this hotel again and Hotels.com should take it out of their list. Shame on them.

Front desk is always kind. There was an alarm that went off at nights and stayed on for hours at a time. The rooms are clean but the ac is always noisy.

The price says it all. Small room with bad lighting. The door casing where the lock was, was coming apart. Wifi didn’t work well. Basically was a place to sleep.

Small lobby area, the lineup to check in was outside the door. The bedroom door was really difficult to shut as it scraped against the frame. The room was extremely hot and the A/C didn’t seem to work. There were ants on the bed. Aside from that the room was clean. The water pressure from the bathroom sink caused water to go everywhere including on our clothes. However, the shower water was a good temperature. Parking was very limited and we had an argument with staff about where to park. Breakfast was limited and had to be eaten in the small hotel lobby. Overall not the best stay and would not recommend.

We stayed for overnight to go to the airport the next day. When we got in to our room, the ac is aready on and it was noisy. We cannot sleep with such noise so we asked for help, the maintenance guy came after rendering service at the other room. He checked the ac for few minutes and told us he will fix it the next day. He offered an electric fan for the night but was not enough to cool the room. I woke up few times because I was sweating. Hope the ac will be fixed for the next guest for comfortable room stay. Thanks.

Saw a mouse. They just blew me off with phony excuse. Refused to offer another room. Staff was not knowledgeable regarding customer service or hospitality decorum.

No tv for 3 days. Staff not interested. Even when "fixed" it did not work well. Serious for a tv lover. A broken light took 3 requests,and then it was removed, not repaired. Water not hot for a night bath. Rooms not made up unless you ask, but I was not informed of this option.

For the price we were satisfied. The housekeeper, Stella was very friendly, giving us suggestions of what to see and where to go to dine. When we had an issue, staff responded promptly.
