Terrible experience

Arrived and was poorly greeted by staff. Asked my name and threw a debit machine at my face for deposit, room was still dirty, 3 guests paying to stay, only 2 towels provided to us. Did not give us anymore until the morning of checkout, air dryer in bathroom was cut off the wall. Blood on bathroom door. Yellow all up walls. Smart TV but was parental locked and no one knew the password, so it remained unusable and parking was a nightmare. Came back at night to no spaces and then the night staff yelling at us for parking in the only spot out of the way of the driveway. Overall would not recommend this stay to anyone. Not worth the money

We stayed here before and didn't like our stay. I was on a busy highway and when I went to cancel my reservation because we stayed here before and it was not a nice experience. Also my husband cannot do stairs and they were having problems with the elevator. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When I booked I didn't realize it was the same hotel.

Nice clean bathroom, decent area for the price. Noisy pipes throughout the building made sleeping hard. Continental breakfast beyond mediocre (brown bananas, had to ask for bread both mornings, coffee weak as water). Good for short stay, 15mins to centre. Staff helpful if you ask.

A great place to stay right off the highway, easy peasy with access to pizza joints, shoppers drugmart, and other local conveniences. Affordable and clean, although outside rooms need security beefed up as doors and windows look a bit sketchy, That being said we stayed in rooms upstairs in the past that were perfectly fine and safe! Good price, great staff, and grab a free coffee and snack on the way out the door. Recommended for price conscious!

The parking lot is not big enough for the number of rooms available, and is laid out inconveniently. There is no walkway from the back of the property to the front, so if you have to park in the back "lot", it is unclear if there is an easy way inside the building. (There doesn't appear to be.) It is noisy, between the heating system (which doesn't seem to be controllable from inside the room), people talking and smoking directly outside the room, and the highway next door. Whoever painted the bathroom had a very artistic flair, believing that about half of the paint would look better if it was splattered all over the floor. The beds were metal and very squeaky...but they were otherwise comfortable.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended

Heavy chemical smell in the room. I travel frequently for work and unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was in poor condition with multiple broken items and visible signs of neglect. There was no regular coffee provided in the room, which is a basic amenity I expect at any hotel. The in-room phone didn’t work, making it difficult to contact the front desk or request assistance. On top of that, the room faced the parking lot, and I was repeatedly disturbed by people knocking on the door—completely unacceptable and very unsettling. Overall, this stay fell far below standard expectations. I would not recommend this property to other travelers.

I have to say there is a noise in the room sounded like he was coming from event somewhere kept hearing this banging then it would stop and it would come back. It would stop other than that. Made a little annoying for sleeping.
