Location is brilliant and the spaces in the house are excellent - especially with small children in the group. Kangaroos at the rear of the house entertained enormously. Heating was good, blinds worked, televisions worked.
But there were rather a lot of issues that weren't really hospitable.
Kitchen lacked an adequate sink plug, saucepans lacked lids, teaspoons were in short supply., as were any paring knives. There was no facility for coffee making. Having two slow cookers was irrelevant!
Rubbish bin was completely full when we arrived, leaving us nowhere to empty the kitchen bins until the morning of our departure. A bathroom bin would have been useful too.
One bedroom lacked flyscreens, which was a problem because there were, unexpectedly, a lot of flies when we arrived.
For the first day we were unable to get out the back door because the sunken patio was flooded. Yes there had been rain, but the drain didn't work. This was quite a big downer on arrival. As was the very ratty settee facing us as we walked into the living room.
The BBQ looked rather smaller than the one in the photo. It was set up so that fat dripped on to the ground - maybe related to the blocked drain? One knob was missing. A second knob wouldn't properly engage with the gas valve.
Thin towels, one per person, were a bit tight for a four night stay.
Sorry to write so many negative things. With a little care the house would be brilliant
