Hotel is great-Hotel.com posting should be better

At check in, we were told that there were no parking spaces left in the garage since I did no reserve one for my stay, but there was no mention or option to do that on the Hotels.com posting. I ended up having to park down the street at another garage for a higher price. Also, the posting said that there was a coffee shop and deli on property, but when I asked the front desk they said that there used to be there but closed months ago. Everything else was fine with the stay, staff was very nice and helpful, the apartment was large and very good value for the money and located in a great part of town.

The best home away from home when visiting Hamburg. Large clean and very comfortable rooms. The service is amazing, and the views are unbelievable. Lots of food options at walking distance. I would book here again and again, and again! :)

Lovely apartment , very spacious, etc. pity about the noise from the cobbles outside and fiddly light switches which make me leave behind my electric toothbrush causing a fortune to send it back.still haven’t got it back.

A well appointed aparthotel

The Clipper Elb-Lodge is a quality aparthotel with very generous room sizes including well stocked kitchen. Highly recommended especially for those needing more space and/or staying for an extended period.

Comfortable apartment hitel

Very nice and spacious with a beautiful view towards the canal. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal or you can go and explore the nice seafood restaurants down the street.

The apartment we had was lovely: great space and views. WiFi, coffee machine, separate toilet etc. Few plug sockets we not properly attached to the wall. Could have done with more towels during our stay. Booked and paid upfront through Expedia - which was fine on check-in, however on check-out with a different person was told that we still had €19 to pay on the bill. Had to provide proof of upfront payment in order to not make that payment. Other things: great location, easily walkable to anything you would need. The street the hotel is on can be very noisy with vehicles at night, so wouldn’t have the window open.

Perfect for our stay in Hamburg with our son. Very spacious rooms with separate living and bedroom that comfortably accommodated an extra bed and we still had all the sofas to use. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the Black our curtains and electric shades. Great location with a wonderful Italian restaurant just across the street and many other options to choose from close by, for breakfast you can choose to use the cafe of the hotel or walk half a block to a bakery which great selections, fresh squeezed oj and indoor/outdoor seating. Easy bus ride (line 111) away from pretty much all major tourist attractions like Reeperbahn, Landungsbrücken, Hafencity and Speicherstadt. We will definitely be back.
