Very Pleasant Stay

Sufficient space in bungalow. Though the building is a bit old and covered with graffiti, the interior is in good condition. The room is newly furnished and modern. There are two very big supermarkets nearby. The staff is very friendly.

Jeg kunne lide service fra starten da vi kom ind i hotellet og medarbejderne var søde , de havde altid tid til tale med en de viste hvor man skulle bo og viste hvor vi skulle parker da de ikke havde parkering og det lå lidt langt væk hvor vi skulle parker men det var stadigvæk fint nok og det var et helt utroligt hvordan morgen mad smagte godt og medarbejderne var altid glade

The apartment is nice. I am just a bit worried if it it it is a safe place because the people occupying the other apartments are very noisy. And they are drinking and smoking outside. Not good for children.

Nice location close to the harbor, museums, shopping, messe, and restaurants. Hotel staff very helpful. Good breakfast with much variety of foods included each morning. Moderately priced hotel.

Great hotel spotlessly clean. Staff very welcoming and checked us in very early which was a great bonus. We had a room on the fourth floor which was ok for us but wouldn't suit if you had mobility problems as there isn't a lift. For the price this was a bargain.

If St Pauli Fan a great spot a good clean hotel.

stayed here for one night, no issues, if you are staying in ST Pauli i would expect you would know what the area is like. Looks can be deceiving. The hotel is next to a football fan bar that has numerous people spilling onto the street. Many of these are visitors enjoying their time. Hotel reception was efficient, room was clean. Everything as expected asked for local amenities and directed to them in english without hassle. Had a good sleep, shower good and breakfast was decent enough. Really good bars close by and easy to get to from the airport using the S bahn or U bahn

Hotels location was great as it was near the Rindermarkt which was a lifesaver for eating cheaply every night and also near the U-bhan. We had the family bungalow which was perfect size wise, and also nice and quiet and more secluded from main hotel - definitely the hotel I would book again if I was in Hamburg. There was also a good playpark for children just down the road on Paulinastrase. Improvements would have been from a customer service position at check in - we could have been made to feel a little more welcome with a smile and chitchat and breakfast wasn’t great as we came down at 9am and a lot of things were not being replenished so as a vegetarian I missed out on the fruit salad, yogurt, cheese and bread. Overall, the thing I cared most about was the standard of the room and feeling safe, location and being able to get a good sleep and for that I score the hotel 8/10.
