L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bruyant et difficile de sortir du parking. Le tapis des chambres est sale et le ménage est à désirer. Nous étions obligés de se plaindre à la réception pour que notre chambre soit nettoyée. Le petit déjeuner est juste un continental, rien de surprenant! Nous étions déçu!

Staffs are good and trying their best to serve within their limited capacity. But facilities including housekeeping services, resources, parking areas totally not that good. AC was very noisy, and we couldn't properly sleep due to the noise.

Wonderful stay for our Girls Trip to Niagara! Conveniently close to the highway and very clean, new hotel property. Staff was very courteous and warm, and the front desk clerk even went out of his way to get me a large bag of ice for our cooler :) Would highly recommend!

Great Stay

This is a new hotel, still working out some bugs, TV and Eleavator did not work for a short while, the staff was great, breakfast was great. Close to shopping and easy to get to. Manager discounted our room for the inconviences we encountered. Will stay there again.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn on Upper James in Canada, and I have to say — the experience was fantastic from start to finish! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and considering we were a large group (with my siblings and their families joining as well), the staff handled everything smoothly and made sure everyone was comfortable. Breakfast was great nice options to choose from. Another great bonus is the location there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. We all had a great time and truly appreciated how well we were taken care of. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation!
