They advertise three bedrooms with queen beds. Only one bedroom with queen beds. The other two bedrooms were doubles. Upstairs washroom was gungy. Kids wouldnât take showers in that bathroom. The rest of the house met our needs. The outside of the house was full of mold on the exterior and overgrown foliage especially the staircase and balcony which couldnât be used.
We had an overall lovely stay as a family but there were a few issues. We were contacted by the owner that a flood alarm had gone off in the basement. It was the result of us turning on an outside hose. A relative of the owner came to check on it and discovered a split pipe. Consequently we didnât have access to the hose. The main floor toilet had an issue where intermittently the tank would not refill. We pointed the empty tank out to the same person who checked on the hose and in a phone call to the owner indicated it would require a plumber. Sadly, a plumber never arrived so we didnât have access to 2 hoses (one behind the garage didnât work at all) and we had to remove the toilet tank lid to push a black button for the tank to refill. The black mould the upstairs bathtub was a deterrent to bathing the babies in that tub so we used the downstairs one.We were a group of 8 adults, a 2 year old and an infant. The first day we had to buy a 9 volt battery for a ceiling fan in the living room for it to work.
Lovely spacious home in a great location. The house was clean and bright and the kitchen was very well equipped. The front sunroom had toys to play with - a great space for young kids- also a swing set and climbing gym in the yard. There were games and puzzles for older kids too. We walked to the beach, dined at our favorite perch restaurant and shopped on Main Street. Would definitely stay here again!

I can't recommend it enough and can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!
