The suite itself was very good and communication was mostly professional and excellent. The problems came when items in the suite did not work, as advertised. In spite of confirming that a coffee maker was important to the guests a week before our arrival, when we messaged the host to tell him it wasn't working, he asked us to do a lot of trouble shooting and send photos. At the end of our second day, the host finally offered to compensate us for buying coffee at a coffee shop (which we didnt do). All the four of us wanted was to wake up, sit in our pajamas together, and drink a cup of coffee before beginning our busy day. After a lot of pestering, and finally putting my foot down that we were finished taking photos and troubleshooting for them, I insisted we wanted a working coffee maker. The broken Keurig was finally replaced with a very cheap model on our third day, I believe. Better than nothing.
The water dispenser and the ice maker in the fridge did not work either, and no attempt was made to fix them or make it up to us. We didn't insist because we were so sick of bugging them about the coffee maker. There was no offer of ice trays for the freezer, or bottled water.
We did suggest that the owner look into darker or blackout curtains in the bedrooms. A lot of light comes in through the current ones. We bought some garbage bags to cover them.
Overall a great place to stay, just don't count on management to help quickly or effectively if you encounter any issues.
