Convenient to everything

Nice friendly staff, had a hiccup with booking but sorted it out without a problem. Close to the stadium, town and the Base shopping centre. Large room clean and comfortable.

Not even a 1 star hotel!!! Staff was helpful and location was good..carpet was old and so was everything else in the room..I don't think anything was "fabulous" as the reviewers had said..I wouldn't stay there again

No frills but very friendly

The owners were exceptionally friendly and the room had all the basics you'd expect. Since it's set a little off Ulster, it was quiet and I slept pretty well. I would certainly stay here again. There is a little superette on the same corner, which was handy too.

Convenient and friendly

Friendly and helpful welcome - including good tips on late night food delivery options! Room was comfortable, shower was unexpectedly good (I'm fussy!). Convenient location. Would definitely stay again. Easy check out. Thank you.

Greeted with a locked office!

Greeted with a locked office on arrival and in the morning upon returning the key. Parking was a bit tight with not much space. The room itself was clean and tidy but the heating was totally inadequate with only two small oil filled heaters that didn't warm the rooms.

Roomy , clean and comforable

I am a solo female traveller and I felt very safe whilst staying in this motel. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The motel is near to a main road but this did not pose much of a noise problem. My room was very clean and comfortable with excellent free wi fi reception. The only small problem was that the owners had a dog that tended to bark, from quite early in the morning. I am sure that if I had mentioned it to the owners, they would have taken appropriate action. This would not be enough reason to stop me from recommending this motel.
