I made two bookings, very easy but one canceled abruptly and the second turned out to be a non-available property and I did not find out until an before check-in. I was credited 100 for my trouble. I recommend that anyone that chooses this method, to reach out to the management agency or owner immediately to get the actual status of the property.
Awful experience, and never had the opportunity to step foot in the property.
I never stayed at this property! The owner of the property never responded to my messages but had no problem in depositing my payment. One month later and still have not heard from the owner. My credit card company is currently trying to work on a resolution with Vrbo.

Owner cancelled on me and VRBO customer service only email after my initial call. I was traveling driving to a work conference and nobody would CALL me. Horrible experience. Horrible times 100
