We rented both the High Tide and Low Tide. We found the house to be as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Only salt and pepper were provided. Other common spices would have been nice. The main floor is open with a large table great for a puzzle or family meals. There is both a nice porch in the back and an eclectic screened porch in the front. The neighborhood is quiet with the exception of the garbage pickup that came Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. They come for the house garbage twice and for the commercial properties, a few buildings away, twice. The garbage trucks are loud early (between 6 & 7 am) in the morning.
The house advertises, "no linens". We've stayed in Hampton Beach about 20 times and about 1/2 the time we have needed to bring our own sheets but never blankets. We were surprised that there were no blankets. We were lucky that we were there on a week that was pretty warm and were able to get away with using beach towels and a beach blanket on the bed.
The house was clean with the exception of the AC unit filters were very dirty. We cleaned them in 3 of the bedrooms and didn't use the AC in the fourth bedroom upstairs.
I would recommend this house for family gatherings. We had 10 adults and a baby and plenty of space.
