Whole family had a great time. Layout of both the big house and the apartment below were perfect. Super close to everything and parking was easy. Would definitely recommend and would go back!

This property is just as advertised--perfect for a family retreat! It is close to the beach, an easy walk to stores and restaurants, but just far enough away to escape any late night party noise. The property is clean and well furnished. There was plenty of room for my family of 12 to spread out or to join together for meals or games. LOVE the front porch! Jason and Kara (Luna)Blu) were great communicators and responded promptly when contacted.

Lovely property

Our family vacations in Hampton every summer. This was one of the most charming properties we’ve stayed at. Very spacious and comfortable. Jason was extremely pleasant and great at communicating. The house was wonderfully located. I suspect we have found a property that we would like to revisit yearly.

The Tides were high!

The Tides were great for our family reunion @ Hampton Beach! The rental was above what we expected and Jason was great with any questions or concerns we had! We had 2 -12yrs olds and 10 adults and we were very comfortable and location is good! Would recommend to anyone with large family! We will rent again and can’t wait till next year!! Thanks again Jason!

Tides

We rented both the High Tide and Low Tide. We found the house to be as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Only salt and pepper were provided. Other common spices would have been nice. The main floor is open with a large table great for a puzzle or family meals. There is both a nice porch in the back and an eclectic screened porch in the front. The neighborhood is quiet with the exception of the garbage pickup that came Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. They come for the house garbage twice and for the commercial properties, a few buildings away, twice. The garbage trucks are loud early (between 6 & 7 am) in the morning. The house advertises, "no linens". We've stayed in Hampton Beach about 20 times and about 1/2 the time we have needed to bring our own sheets but never blankets. We were surprised that there were no blankets. We were lucky that we were there on a week that was pretty warm and were able to get away with using beach towels and a beach blanket on the bed. The house was clean with the exception of the AC unit filters were very dirty. We cleaned them in 3 of the bedrooms and didn't use the AC in the fourth bedroom upstairs. I would recommend this house for family gatherings. We had 10 adults and a baby and plenty of space.

juste parfait

Nous étions une famille de 10 + 2 jeunes enfants de moins de 2 ans et tout était parfait. Nous avions suffisamment d'espace pour tous. L'emplacement est parfait, un peu en retrait mais a 2 minutes d'une petite épicerie et 5 minutes de marche de la plage, qui est magnifique. Les hôtes sont très facile a rejoindre et tout était tel qu'indiqué.

We rented this property to enjoy Seafood Fest. It had everything we needed with a short walk to the festivities. Jason was quick to respond to any questions I had before and during the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

My family getaway

We had an amazing experience. I rented the entire house in 2021 and returned this year as well. The house was clean both times. It’s within walking distance to everything including the breach. There is a convient store right on the corner like three buildings away. Ample parking four spaces. My family was comfortable never felt crowded. The dinner table sat ten-twelve people. The entire house gave us six queen size bedrooms plus couches that opened to beds. I also would like to know how you would rate me and my family as your guests and the how we left the house. Ty and I hope you’ll consider us in 2023. I await you reply.

Perfect Location

Everyone in our party loved the location of the Tides. It is away from the large crowds but within walking distance. It is a short walk to the beach, the fishing boats and to the boardwalk. The owner/manager is very nice and responded quickly to all questions I had. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely go back and rent the Tides again.

Good time but when the fire detector went off we could not reach any one either the owner or VRBO - They were not helpful at all - we removed the batteries - not a pleasent experience

Starting a new annual tradition!!

Renting this property was a good experience overall!! Jason was very accommodating and communication was excellent!! Our family enjoyed the space…it fit all of us very well with room to gather all together which is very important to us! The air conditioned bedrooms were need after a long day in the beach!! The neighbors were also very friendly and willing to help! A few upgrades could be made but overall we were very happy with the house!! Thank you Jason for making our stay so great!!

Hampton Beach family vacation

This rental is very old and not very clean. We actually went and bought some cleaning products to make it feel a little cleaner. We have stayed in Hampton Beach multiple times and my husbands family has been coming since he was a child. I would say this was probably our worst experience. All the blinds are falling apart and things look very cobbled together. For what you pay to stay somewhere I would expect things to be much nicer and at the most clean. There were also some long term renters that were staying at the property right behind the house that were very sketchy. We felt that we had to have the house locked up at all times. Strange people were coming over all the time and they would have loud conversations outside. I was very sad that this was not what we thought we were getting. We still had a good time but unfortunately we will not be going back to LunaBlu properties.

Family Hampton vacation

We rented The Tides as a whole, High and Low. The place was big enough for the amount of people we had with us. It was fairly clean. The pictures were a little deceiving. Close walk to the beach and a store right on the corner. Neighborhood is a little noisy. Great view of the fireworks right from the porch. Overall our stay was okay for what we needed.

Major problem

Our feet got totally black walking around barefoot because the floors were dirty. Even after 2 washings it still happened. The ceiling fans didn’t work well and were caked with dust and grime. We had a major flooding problem where filthy outside water was flowing into the lower unit because of a clogged outside drain. A plumber cleared the drain after 3 hours but we were left to clean the indoor mess. We ruined all our towels cleaning the mess. The washing machine circuit kept tripping so we were unable to wash anything. It ruined a family dinner and we couldn’t stay downstairs.

Great location

Nice house in a great location right at the start of the Hampton Beach strip. The house was plenty big enough for the group we had. You can walk to anything from the house. I will definitely be back.

I was so happy with the accommodations at 13 P street. It was our first time, and I would definitely consider staying again. It was very clean, and well stocked with anything you might need. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

This was a great house for our group. We come up every year for the seafood festival and this house was in the perfect location. Clean, stocked, and a short walk to everything. We would definitely consider staying here again.

3rd Annual Labor Day Weekend Family Vacation

Property managers at Luna Blu are awesome, very friendly and stayed in touch through email/text about check in process and about any other concerns throughout our stay. House was spacious and clean. There was plenty of kitchen items for cooking etc. We are planning to rent from Luna Blu for future Hampton Beach vacations.

Great beach vacation home

Had a lovely stay at the high and low tide with my family (9 adults and 5 kids). Plenty of space, easy walk to the beach, quick check in. Highly recommend!!
