Paulele is a beautiful Hawaiian-style home right on the closest beach road (Weke Rd.) on breathtaking Hanalei Bay! This tasteful and comfortable home has four bedrooms, five baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, and it comes with everything you’ll need for a wonderful visit to this 'Old Hawaii' Garden Island paradise. You’ll enjoy spectacular ocean, mountain, and waterfall views from many areas of the home and the world-renowned Hanalei Point surf break is in full view from the convenience of your front lanai! With the short path to the beach just two lots over, you're 100 yards from hitting the sand.

There are two similar primary suites, each with king beds, spacious bathrooms, as well as private entrances and lanais. The third bedroom has two twin beds, which can be converted to a king, and full bath with tub, while the lower level fourth bedroom has a king bed, shower bath, and private entrance. For your comfort and convenience, there is an outdoor bamboo enclosed hot water shower, laundry room, covered shuffleboard court, and covered hammock, as well as lots of beach gear (beach towels, mats, chairs, sun umbrellas, beach cart) and yard games (horseshoes, bocce ball, badminton and croquet).

The dining area has fabulous mountain and ocean views and seats eight, with additional stools at the bar and a four chair game table with plenty of games, puzzles, and books. Many guests feel our home to be a destination in itself with so many comfortable areas to spend time. And best of all, the warm water and beautiful sand beach of Hanalei Bay is just across the street! Generally, the ocean is calm in the summer and surf is bigger in the winter, sometimes reaching ‘big wave’ status. Located within ten minutes of several north shore beaches, you’ll have many options for swimming, surfing, wind and kite surfing, snorkeling, and many other activities. The famous NaPali Coast trail has its main access just down the road.

A short walk from the home is quaint Hanalei town with its many shops and restaurants. Hanalei Bay is one of Hawaii’s most beautiful and pristine beaches, with only private homes, no hotels or condos, built on the beach.

With Paulele, you’ll have the pleasure of walking to the beach any time of day, from the solitude of sunrise to the glory of a Hanalei sunset, while having all the comforts of home. And unlike those in Princeville and other parts of the island who have to drive to the beach at Hanalei, you’re already there! Note:
- For any bookings longer than ten (10) nights, a mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping will be required at a cost of $325. This includes washing linens, surfaces, and floors. More than one mid-stay cleaning may be required depending on the length of the booking.


- Maximum occupancy is 8 (including infants). Extra guests may be requested and approved ahead of time and an extra charge of $100/person/day will be applied for people exceeding 8. Failure to agree on extra members of the party (over 8) ahead of time will result in forfeit of security deposit.


- Please take careful note of the house layout if you have small children. The upper and lower primary suites are connected to the rest of the house by an external covered breezeway. We do offer a baby monitor to make people feel more comfortable.

Please keep sand out of the house! Use the foot wash, shake out sand before loading stuff in washer, use the outside shower after the beach. Mahalo!
