We were disappointed in our experience at this property. The suite was very basic, needs updating, and did not feel clean. There was a giant bean bag chair stuffed into the closet of the small bedroom, that had to be removed to utilize the bedroom and closet, however, this did not fit anywhere in the lounge. It was very inconvenient and not a functional piece of furniture or item to have in the suite. The exterior of the property also needs work- updating, cleaning, and maintenance. Our room opened up to a patio that was very unkempt and full of weeds. It was adjacent to maintenance equipment and rubbish bins. Overall, not a comfortable or enjoyable stay. The internet did not work consistently. It was not a wifi network, but someone's hotspot. This left us without reliable internet for our entire stay. We appreciated the towels offered for the hot pools.

Very central position, close to supermarket, eateries and hotel. Across the road to Thermal Baths and Pools, the property had towels to use at pools. Clean, quiet, off street parking and helpful staff.

Comfortable and convenient

Great hotel opposite the old historic hospital, next door to a pub and walking distance to the thermal pools, main strip eateries and walking trails. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a spa bath which was a delight. Staff were friendly. Recommend!

Handy location close walk to pools

Handy location very close to the pools and cafes and shops , staff were very friendly and helpful, Room was clean and comfortable unfortunately we had noisy neighbours next door and with the adjustment joining door in the room you could hear everything . It would make me think twice about staying again

Property was modern and very conveniently located. I the only complaint was the lack of cuttlery in the rooms. There were only mugs and spoons, no small plates, knives or bowls which would hav been useful for us with a young child.
