Very quiet. The kids loved the waffles and muffins. I would have liked a healthier breakfast. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, housekeeping didn’t enter our room for the 4 days of our stay. We took out our own trash, made our beds, and had to go looking for clean towels. The outside pool was closed even though the temperatures were in the high 80s and 90s.

Nice Staff

I was not happy to find out that the pool had already been shut down for the season when we arrived. But the employee was very friendly and we decided to stay. He let us look the room over first to make sure we approved of the cleanliness and even got my husband a cup of coffee.

Awful Experience

We had a terrible experience! Remote didnt work ,signed up on line and confirmed but had no record of it. Table lamps flickered when on. No glasses to get a drink. No tub safety strips, husband fell taking a shower. Pillows over stuffed so neck set too high. Door didnt close unless you pulled hard and then to get out I had to yank on it. Outside door didnt work prop open to get in cards ididnt let you in No one at desk had to yell to get registered Bery poor experience

Yikes!

Horribly grimy and unclean. Looked like it had not been clean for months. Service was not very helpful either. Hallway smelled of some sort of illicit substance. Did not feel safe or comfortable but rather uneasy. They did refund one of our nights and our pet fee at least…
