Typical hotel for leisure travel. Maybe not the correct hotel for business since its located in a rypical leisure area with streetfood. Didnt try the streetfodd, but it smelled great

In a good position, very busy area, plenty of places to eat. The room was a little small for 3 adults, only there for 4 nights so made the best of it. Breakfast could have been a little better as well. But all in all really enjoyed it

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are exceptionally clean with great amenities. All the staff were absolutely wonderful and made our stay so memorable. The breakfast was included in our package and offered a lovely variety of Asian and western options. Highly recommended.

Very Good Stay

The front desk staff at this hotel were amazing, especially Cathy. They were always kind and eager to help. The hotel is new and still working out some kinks. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choice but some of the hot items were not kept hot the entire time. I ate in the restaurant several times and the food was always good but I often found that they didn’t have some of the items on the menu. If I ask about an item 7X and you don’t have it, you shouldn’t put it on the menue. The room/bed was very comfortable and cleaned daily. It is important to know that the pool is just a plunge pool. It is small and shallow so not really useful for swimmers. I used the spa once and it was one of the best massages I ever had. If I come back to Hanoi, and I hope I do, I would probably look for a hotel with a larger swimming pool, but if I couldn’t find one at a comparable price, I would certainly return to this property.

Excellent location and even more excellent staff. Zoey, Kathy, and Anna all helped make our stay at the hotel really great by booking excursions, providing food recommendations, and making the hotel feel like a very warm and welcoming place. Would definitely return next time I'm in Hanoi!

Fantastic hotel and staff

This hotel was located in the middle of Old Town. I was able to walk to see many sights. What really stood out the most was the staff. I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly kind and helpful they were in every aspect. My stay included breakfast which was one of the best so far on my four month vacation. But just one more time - excellent staff!!
