Very spacious room in the heart of the Old Quarter easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Hotel staff are so very helpful getting tickets organised for water puppets theatre & enquiring about tickets on our behalf. The front desk staff recommended some fabulous street food venues and restaurants & coffee shops - all of them so good.

The rooms are very modern & well-appointed. Staff were uniformly excellent, extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Breakfasts (included in room rate) offered extensive variety both on the buffet and with cooked foods. House-made yogurt was especially good. Overall a great stay at very fair value.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The lcoation of the hotel is very good for walking around the old town. The rooms were small but clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was extensive. Pool was very small but we did not use it. I would recommend this hotel.

Wrapped up our last night in Hanoi at GM Premium after exploring Halong Bay, and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is top notch, the beds are super comfortable, the breakfast selection is excellent, and most importantly, the staff are incredible. Special shoutout to Hope for going above and beyond to look after us! Highly recommended!

What a lovely hotel! The team working here are SO kind - they even helped us cross the road when we arrived! We stayed in a few hotels in Hanoi and this was by far the best. The room was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was great with loads of options. We’re hoping to return next year!

A delightful hotel, tastefully decorated, in a central location. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is professional, always willing to help, friendly and respectful. Good location, clean rooms, great staff

Hotel very central for walking. Staff were amazing & a credit to the hotel. Room was very clean & sufficient, advertised as an executive with balcony, however a lot smaller than we thought & the balcony wouldn’t fit a chair & had a terrible outlook (not worth the extra cost). Pool wasn’t great, the sun beds were on a different level & only 4 available. Breakfast was OK. They allowed us to store our luggage FOC for 2 days whilst on a cruise. Overall a good hotel but not 5-star
