The staff were amazing, very friendly and made us feel at home. They gave us local suggestions and it was easy to communicate with them while we were out exploring, via whatsapp. They offered us a free upgrade to a room with a city view which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options; fruit, juices, meat, eggs, pho, dumplings, spring rolls etc. everything from check in to check out and laundry service were seamless.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff are lovely and always keen to help. The bar and restaurant were absolutely superb with a great selection. I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough.

Great location to shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant and roof top bar are excellent. The rooms are on the smaller side, but extremely clean. The gym is ideal for traveler workouts. The thing that really stands out is the staff, all very friendly, efficient and professional. Highly recommend, i will stay here again.

This was as close to a perfect stay as you can get. The staff are the most generous and helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting anywhere around the world. Truly the gold standard for customer dedication and care. Nhi is a team member who my girlfriend and I will always remember. She ensured that our stay was not only above what we expected but helped us with so many other needs along the way. Truly. It’s people like Nhi that will make me return again and again to the Grand whenever I’m back in Hanoi. Hotel rooms where spotless breakfast was amazing. Emma was another amazing Grand DU Luc team member that stood out. Truly made our stay amazing and I can’t say enough how much it meant that Nhi helped us out in one of our hardest moments when we left Hanoi only to return. I will never forget how amazing this hotel and staff are.
