Amazing hotel - good service

Just coming here and enjoy the best service. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they help us organize everything from the decent room to the beautiful excursions that we never ever had before. The location & breakfast is also the positive point of this hotel that make you feel the most comfortable. I will definitely come back here next time with my hall families .

Great location is in the center of the old quarter. If you plan to do organized tours, the location here is perfect for picking you up. They also organized their own program tour with promotion for staying guests. I would like to thank Lukas and David, both of whol were very helpful. Definitely come back for the next visits

The location is perfect for exploring the heart of Hanoi, and a special shout-out to David and Kang, who made sure we were always well looked after with their warm and helpful service. More than you've ever expected

Lovely stay, I was free upgraded to better room with balcony because when I arrived they still available. The location is in the old town center which everything nearby, staffs were extremely helpful, courteous and welcoming, they show us some local tips for buying things, especially Lukas the one who made us through all issues and even guide us the whole information and offered tours minimize saving budget. You're strong team and We owed you a memorable staying that couldn't be more better without meeting you guys.

I booked family room which hotel provided on 4th floor and it doesn’t have lift. With kids this is not at all convenient. The room bathroom was not up to mark, lock broken, hot water will start after 5-10mins of continuous flow of water, flush not working properly. Worst experience ever and the property not maintained.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - My recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and far below even basic expectations. Despite having an email confirmation approving my change in the number of nights, the receptionist Viv refused to honor it upon arrival. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff insisted on ignoring the email confirmation entirely. To make matters worse, the hotel demanded payment in cash and stated that using a credit card would result in an additional percentage fee. This kind of practice feels unprofessional and misleading, especially when not disclosed upfront. What stood out the most, however, was the complete lack of respect shown by the receptionist Viv. Their attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and at times rude—something no guest should ever have to deal with. The overall management seems equally unprofessional, as these issues reflect a broader problem rather than an isolated incident. Guests should stay far away from this hotel. The incompetence at the reception and lack of professionalism from management make this establishment one to avoid. There are plenty of better‑run hotels that actually value their guests and honor their commitments.

The staff emailed us after we booked. Asking us if they can arrange airport pickup or tours. I wrote back, asking for airport pick up. Our family of 17 people. They wrote back no problem. 1 month before our travel I ask for status if they arrange for airport pick up. No reply, 2 weeks before our travel I emailed them again. We got nothing. I wrote to them no need to them to arrange our pick up. I booked arrange for our own airport pick up. When were at the airport then I got there message list of time of our party for airport pick up. You don’t send out airport pick up and telling you the pricing the day you departure. The staff telling you, they can arrange anything but if if they cannot, they don’t let you know. You have to chasing them to get answer. When we check out they told us cash, we told them we pay credit card first they refused. Pay credit card 8% add on. Most of place charge 3%. Then later they later give us discount 5%. All of us booked from Expedia, one of our sister confirm arrived 1 day late and re-booked with Expedia. They told us they never received the change. We show them the email from the hotel manager they told us David no longer working there. But later we heard they talking to David. We would never recommend anyone to stay of this hotel.

Not as good as it seen on the booking site

We arrived in the evening around 9PM. We booked two rooms, one with 4 adults + one kid (Big room) and the other for a couple. As soon as we checked in, the two guys at the reception requested that I must pay about 10$ for the kid's breakfast. As I booked through hotels.com, I haven't seen such as message from the site. So I refused to pay and asked them to check with hotels.com. The two guys suggested us to change the big room to a much smaller room so that I can skip paying them the 10$. When I saw the room I rejected the idea right away. The next day when we checked out from the hotel. The day personal at the reception accepted that I should not pay the fee. My experience with the hotel is not very nice. One of the room on the forth floor is located in the front building with no lift. The hotel is not as good as it shows on the booking site. My perception is that they tried to cheat all the time especially the night staffs.

Avevamo prenotato una camera tripla executive, ma ci hanno dato una camera familiare con 3 letti che occupavano molto spazio. Le familiari si trovano in una parte dell' albergo senza ascensore. Il giorno dopo ci hanno spostato nella tripla, praticamente della stesse dimensioni, ma con 2 letti, quindi con più spazio, e con ascensore. Wifi funzionante. Buona colazione. Personale molto disponibile. Pulito, ottima posizione in Old Quarter. La stanza era silenziosa. Raccomando l'albergo.
