The staff were all wonderful. Reception staff welcomed me with herbal tea and a snack on arrival. They greeted me each time I passed through the lobby and provided great advice on anything I wanted to do in Hanoi or excursions. Dining room staff were friendly and efficient. Housekeeping standards are very high. Bed was comfortable with soft cotton linen and 4 pillows. Room had a refrigerator and minibar. Less than 10 minutes walk to the lake and Red Bridge and Water Puppet Theatre.
