L'hôtel Hanoi Royal Palace est un excellent hôtel idéalement situé au cœur du Vieux Quartier. Ma chambre était propre et lumineuse. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent avec un buffet chaud et froid, des fruits frais, des pains, un menu à la carte et du café et des jus frais. Jimmi et son personnel étaient très gentils, accueillants et serviables, veillant toujours à ce que je dispose de tout ce dont j'avais besoin pendant mes séjours - j'ai eu deux séjours séparés car je faisais un circuit de 3 jours entre les deux. Ils ont été très aimables de garder mes bagages pendant mon absence et également après le départ puisque mon vol était tard le soir. Très satisfait de mon séjour !

The hotel was in the Old Quater of Hanoi, where everything happen's at the weekend. Big Street market nearby over the weekend which is convenient for the hotel. Hotel can arrange tours through their very polite staff.

The Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel is a great hotel with a perfect location in the heart of the Old Quarter. My room was clean and bright. Breakfast was excellent with hot & cold buffet items, fresh fruit, breads, a made-to-order menu and fresh coffee and juices. Jimmi and his staff were very kind, accommodating and helpful always making sure I had everything I needed during my stays - I had two separate stays as I was doing a 3 day tour in between. They were so kind to store my luggage while I was away and also kept my luggage after checkout since my flight was late evening. Very pleased with my stay!

Jennie y su equipo son excepcionales. Nos quedamos 5 días y definitivamente volveremos al hotel. Nos cuidaron como a una familia. Reservamos fabulosos recorridos en jeep por callejones. Tienen todo el conocimiento local de lugares para visitar y cosas que hacer. No reserves traslados al aeropuerto ni tours sin hablar con Jennie en expedia.com. Ella nos salvó de que nos estafaran. Personas fantásticas y decentes. El personal hizo que nuestro viaje a Vietnam fuera memorable. Tristes de dejar el hotel y al personal.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was a highlight, with a hot main course option where I could choose between different egg styles or a delicious pho and both are fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and I really appreciated how well they spoke English, which made communication a breeze. Their service was top-notch from start to finish, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience!

Great family room with windows. Very friendly and helpful staff. Top location, walking distance to puppet theatre, train street and beer street, close to lots of shops and restaurants and street food. the Hotel was clean and tidy, we booked the hotel for our return trip again.

My friends and I stayed at here last month and had a nice stay. The hotel is centrally located near the heart of the Old Quarter, where there are many restaurants, bars, cafes, cultural landmarks, etc. The room they stayed in was spacious with two queen-sized beds and a window. The beds were a little firm, but still comfortable to get a good night's rest. The AC in the room worked great, but the elevator was a little warm. The complimentary breakfast was good. I really appreciate the accommodations and customer service here. We were looking for Ha Long Bay cruises with a round-trip transfer from a reputable company, and Jenny and Jimmy from the hotel was able to offer us a list of different packages to Ha Long Bay and other destinations. Included was a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I truly appreciate that.
