Recommend for Hanoi stay

Location is great. Near cafes and restaurant, yet it's quiet enough for a good night rest. New hotel, clean. Rooms are small but can't complain for the price. Good service offered by the hotel.

Wonderful place - unless you stay in on weekends

This place was far and away better than another place we stayed in Hanoi for only $3 more. BUT, it shares a wall with a nightclub (our room did anyway). So on Saturday night (only night we stayed), even with earplugs and a white noise app, I couldn't sleep at all until after 2 (the vibrations last even if you drown out the volume). If you're a nightowl, the location is amazing and you'll be out for most of this anyway. Or if you're only staying on weekdays, great hotel.

Front staff Huy was very nice. Allowed me to check in earlier for free, and he gave me take away breakfast as I was leaving so early to catch the 1st morning flight. Next time I will go to Hanoi, I will definitely come back again.

정말 맘에들었습니다. 체크아웃하고 나가는 순간까지도 필요한걸 묻고 모든 직원이 착했고 객실 청결 상태도 매우좋았습니다. 조식또한 좋았습니다. 다만 클럽이 바로옆에있고 관광객들이 시끄럽게 떠들어 잠귀가 밝으시면 주무시기 힘드실거같습니다

인생 최악의 호텔

내 인생 최악의 호텔이다. 6박중 마지막 날은 체크 아웃하고 다른 호텔에 머물럿다. 이 호텔의 반값 호텔이 훨씬 좋앗다. 이 호텔은 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 수가 없다.새벽4시까지 밖에서 떠드는 소리,오토바이,차 소리 등 고문 수준이다. 아침 6시부터 다시 시끄럽다. 낮잠 자기에도 시끄럽다. 직원들의 서비스 마인드도 부족하다. 나갓다와도 청소 안되어 잇고 청소 된 날은 방에 놔둔 룸키도 사라졋다. 심지어 룸키로 방이 열리지도 않는다.심지어 로비에 잇는 벨보이는 쇼파에 앉아 자고 잇다.대단하다.욕실 용품은 말하기도 싫다. 이 호텔을 선택한 내가 원망스럽다.마지막 밤은 편안함을 위해 다른 호텔을 이용햇다. 정말 이 호텔 이용하는 사람이 잇다면 뜯어 말리고 싶다. 처음으로 후기를 남긴다. 나 같은 사람이 발생되지 않기를 바라며. 참고로 숙박 3일 연속 호텔 프론트에 이 호텔은 최악이라고 말햇다. 내가 호텔에 컴플레인 거는것도 처음이엇다. 영원히 기억될 최악의 호텔.

הצוות מאוד שירותי והמיקום מעולה. יש מועדון שצמוד למלון, וראינו שיש ביקורות ששומעים את המוזיקה בחדרים. הלכנו לשם המיוחד יום לפני כדי לוודא שהחדר שלנו במיקום טוב ואמרו לנו שאין צורך לשדרג ושלא נשמע כלום. כמובן שבסוף היו בסיפ מטורפים עד 3 בבוקר ולא יכולנו לישון. חוויה ממש לא נעימה

Great location and exceptional service.

Location was fantastic central and walking distance to a lot of attractions. Only downside was the noise throughout the night but no complaints form Me since I have Noise cancelling headphones and the loud music only means you are central to where all the action is. The service was superb and the morning breakfast was made to order and excellent every morning of my stay. I was a solo traveler (female) and felt safe the whole time. Would def book again for future travels.

The property is right in the centre of the old quarter, it’s a great location to be in the middle of the party. Lots of good bars and food places near by. Staff are super friendly and the breakfast is spot on lots of options. Rooms are clean, modern and bed is comfy. The room we had included ac and was very cool. Bathrooms are clean and the staff clean everyday. Only reason this place doesn’t get a 5dtar is because it’s nextdoor to a nightclub and the bass from the speakers make your room vibrate until 2/3am in the morning on a weekend. So if your an early bird for bed time then you will struggle to sleep. If you out for the night and enjoying the weekend this place is for you.

O hotel fica localizado na old quarter, perto de vários bares. E por isso é muito barulhento! Na primeira noite fiquei em um quarto de frente pra rua.. o barulho era intenso e o cheiro da comida impregnava o quarto (muito cheiro de fritura). Na segunda noite fiquei em um quarto lateral que tinha uma janela lateral pro correrdor. Neste escutava o barulho de uma balada eletrônica que tem do lado e de manhã vc acorda com o movimento das pessoas. Além disso, o quarto cheirava a mofo! Apesar disso, o staff é bem atencioso e solícito. Entretanto, de maneira geral a minha experiência com o hotel foi ruim.

Great location if you dont mind a bit of noise

This is a brilliant, well priced small hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is quite a bit of music noise from neighbouring businesses. A special thank you to Kelly on reception, who drove me and my luggage safely on her scooter through crazy traffic to the number 86 bus stop, to go to the airport. She and and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
