Situation: We stayed at L7 West Lake Hanoi and interacted frequently with staff for planning, dining, and daily needs. Behavior: Service was consistently excellent—clear communication, fast follow-through, and genuine attentiveness from every team member. Special recognition to Mr. Erik, Ms. Lunary, Dennis, and Leo for their exceptional support. The Club Lounge, pool, gym, golf area, and dining options (notably Tim Ho Wan) were all high quality. Breakfast buffet had great variety and execution. Impact: The hotel delivered a smooth, relaxing, and premium experience from start to finish. The bedroom and shower room is smaller than my expectation, the working table is too small, no sofa chair for relaxing. When we checked in on 25 Oct night, all the hotel's bar and lounge are not available due to certain reason, quite disappointing when we need a quick drink and dinner. Breakfast does not have enough varieties. Location is good. Front desk staff are courteous and friendly.

We booked 2 adults and 2 children but we had to pay an extra surcharge for our daughter as she was considered an adult with 12 years and also for the 2nd child - even though it was in our booking - 2 Children - the reception removed the child surcharge after some negotiation . Family room was barely 20sqm and very small

The superior family room is very small. No space for luggage. There was no amenities like toothbrush and shower caps. Buffet breakfast is the same for the 3 days. Its boring and tasteless.
