I love Lotte. I stayed in one of the Suites with club lounge access. The gym, the spa, and pool are wonderful. The men’s sauna and indoor pools are well maintained and cleaned regularly. The club lounge is basically free dinner in the evenings, in case you don’t want to eat out. However, the best part of the lounge was AN, who works there. She was incredibly attentive to my business and personal needs while I stayed there. I joked that she was more of a concierge. Honestly, she made the best ça phe da I had my entire years of coming to Hanoi for business. I ventured often to Pharaoh bar too during my stay. One of the best jazz clubs in Hanoi. I will definitely stay again. One warming, beware the elevators…it’s a process as you have to one elevator to another if you have club access. I got embarrassingly lost twice.
