I wouldnât recommend staying here, the difference between the standard room and a superior room or whatever it is called, is the fact that one has more space, but no windows, and the other is smaller, but access to windows (weird). $100+ difference forâŠwindows lol. Anywho, things that matter to me, you turn on the water, the water gets cold in like 10 minutes, so no need to wait, just be ready to hop in the showerâŠAlso, room service, lazyâŠ.lazy, lazy, lazy. First day I decided to call for room service, made my bed, and changed towelsâŠ.didnât give me more toilet paper, refill the soap bottleâŠ.nothing⊠I let the downstairs staff know, and theyâre extremely kind, but information doesnât seem like it is being relayedâŠthey did have people come by again, they did everything EXCEPT filled the soap bottle with conditioner and waterâŠatp Iâm tired of speaking to them about the same thing. I had to go down stairs and show them because the staff was not getting it. I kept running out of items, this was the most Iâve ever had to interact with staff at a hotel. I probably wonât be here again, I was here for 2 weeks btwâŠalso trying to check out because I have a plane to catch, I was told to wait in the lobby for a few minutes, it has been like 15 minutes, and then many other people started to come up, check out not smooth, they need to have a better system or something.
