An absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff were always friendly, courteous and smiling. The rooms are very large and accommodating with everything you need for your day to day life i.e. washing machine dryer and bottled water. It is located on the southern side of the lake which is beautiful to walk daily and meet the smiling locals or to stop for food and beers. Will definitely stay there again when back in Hanoi in a few months time. 10/10 amazing

Nice and clean Big apartment, Staff were really good Location perfect for us Just a shame about the v loud music on the Wednesday evening when trying to put the kids to sleep (the staff did what they could but couldn’t do much about it unfortunately - but they are trying). Will stay again if they sort this music issue out.

Everything was all satiafactory except the noise from outside at the river view room. The window wasn't soundproof at all. However, they acknowledged this issue and preparing to change to soundproof. I hope to stay in this hotel in the next visit.
