It was an absolutely brilliant apartment in Westlake Hanoi. I loved the room and the service. The room even got a washing machine and tumble dryer for cleaning my things. Such a incredible experience

We booked Pegasy Suites Lakeside for 11 nights, but left after 4 due to poor conditions. Here’s why: Cleanliness Bathrooms were filthy with mold and dirt. Both bathtubs lacked drain stoppers initially. Foul odor from toilets and drains spread into living areas, requiring open windows. Broken bathroom window lock made it unsafe. Bedding was thin, dark gray, unlike the high-quality white sheets shown in photos. Old, small, thin bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths provided. Laundry machine emitted a terrible odor. Old, thin, dirty bathroom carpets. Facilities Poorly equipped kitchen; only one pot and one incompatible pan for the induction cooktop. No kitchen towel, laundry soap, or basic kitchen necessities provided. Faulty cabinets and drawers in bedrooms and kitchen. Leaky, spraying bathroom faucets. Old, dirty, damaged iron and ironing board available upon request. Only one pair of slippers in a 3-bedroom accommodation. Noise Rooms were not soundproof as claimed. Morning noise from street cleaners, loud nighttime bars, and early ward announcements. Loud music from nearby preschool disrupted peace. Service Poor service: staff initially refused extra toilet paper, then rudely threw it at me. Limited, poor-quality toilet paper and no essential items provided. Value Misleading listing photos and descriptions. Poor cleanliness, inadequate facilities, and unprofessional service make it overpriced. In summary, Pegasy Suites Lakeside was one of the worst stays.

Bad communication almost made us miss our flight. They hold all guests id’s and I told them we would need it back at 6:30 am so we could head to the airport because at night there is no one at the front desk. They do send you a text with basic info but no mention of early morning departure procedures. If they respond otherwise, it’s not true. We had to wait almost an hour until someone finally came to the front and returned my TRC ID. Room was not very clean and had to request they re-clean certain areas.

The room was very nice, my boyfriend usually had problem sleeping at other places but at this place we were very comfortable. It’s in a very quiet and peaceful area so highly recommend it to those who want to relax

Assez peu ressemblant aux photos et assez vieillot. Le wifi marche partiellement, le matin assez tôt la femme de chambre chante, la baignoire fuit, les murs sont très mal insonorisés et il n’y aucun volets aux fenêtres. Très peu de vaisselle aussi pour soit disant 2 personnes. Le seul point positif est le personnel accueillant et à l’écoute mais malheureusement l’hôtel mal en point gâche tout.
