I originally stayed here because it was 2min walk from the best coffee in Vietnam (Hebeca) but I kept coming back because the staff and the rooms are excellent. Mia was a delight and then iirc Charlotte was extremely helpful as well. When Charlotte organed to have a friends belongings returned to Da Nang it was very much appreciated. The home made yogurt at the breakfast is first class as well.

Fantastic hotel, taken to the next level by the team all teams hard working and guest focused. They take great pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. I didnt get an opportunity to meet the whole team but Mia, Charlotte, Maili and the Night Manager Choi (i hope that is correct) were top class with and showed a genuine passion for talking care of guests. Keep up the great work!

The staff were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful and since we were there on Christmas, their cheerful holiday spirit was very much appreciated. The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best we had on our two week trip. Just so delicious! We had the adjoining rooms and it was very quiet. There were no windows I. Either ion which, personally, I don’t know if I could do again (a bit of claustrophobia!) but it worked this time. The hotel is also in an excellent location!

Breakfast buffet was tasty with good variety and a great view, and the hotel includes a gym (free weights and machines) and rooftop pool and bar. We had a wonderful stay at Champton Hanoi Hotel — the location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect for walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street and local food spots, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of fresh options. The rooftop pool and bar with city views was a great bonus after a day of exploring. Overall it felt like excellent value for the quality, service, and amenities — highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi!

The location is good and walkable to some tourist attractions. The staffs are very nice and friendly and surprisingly they decorated our room with birthday decorations for my husband’s birthday. Will definitely come back again.

Soho bar on 12th floor has great views of the city, Maili was a friendly face who greeted us daily with a smile and helped to arrange our trips and make sure we were on the right bus each morning. The rooms were clean, not too noisy but choose carefully as with a neighbour view room we were in the middle of the hotel but could still hear traffic in the mornings! Breakfast had a good selection but was busy at times, location is very close to train street and walkable to night market and lake and lots of shopping. Good value for money hotel
