It was a very memorable stay in a 1830âs tavern turned guesthouse. Everything was very clean. It was nice to see the history preserved, with modern touches. The kitchen was fully stocked, although we didnât really use it much. Cupboards and drawers contained coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oils, spices, etc. Close enough to Harperâs Ferry to walk to the sights, far enough to have a sense of privacy.
