Dirty stains on the walls hair in the tub and floor and smelled of stale smoke/mildew. Towels and toilet had pubic hair all over them. Bed had hair and dirt on it. When you go to the lobby you instantly smell smoke. Outside looks like a run down apartment building.

This is an aging property that needs some TLC. The A/C unit sounded like the fan was coming apart every time it ran. The toilet looked like it may overflow every time we flushed. The beds are not comfortable. We cut our stay short just to get away.

It was an affordable option for the area and pet-friendly, which was a bonus. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay after a long day of driving. Overall, it was a good experience. We arrived late, and parking near the main entrance was full. There were no luggage carts available, so carrying our travel supplies through the lobby and down the hall was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was nice and expanded, though it lacked fresh fruit. The rooms were clean, and bed and pillows were comfortable. However, the carpet had a slight "pet pee" smell. For the price we paid, it was a good choice for us.

The gentleman at the front desk was hard to understand (language barrier). The lobby was dirty and untidy. I was on the first floor and there were kids running up and down the hallway and some man was hollering. The room was lackluster and the bed was flimsy and uncomfortable. I will not be staying at this hotel again

Hotel was okay. TV was small in the room. No mattress protector on the mattress. They did offer a local business for food, the food we ordered was delicious!

Given a dirty room with no support

Disappointing to say the least. We were given someone else's dirty room when we first checked in. As in the bed was slept in, the bathroom was used and dirty with towels everywhere and trash was all over the room. There was a tag on the desk that said the room had been cleaned...We were given a new room when we told the front desk. However, when we tried to contact a manager we were told we couldn't have a phone number and only and email address. We emailed (and called back) multiple times trying to reach the manager and still haven't heard anything weeks later. Needless to say we won't be staying there again.
