The staff were very nice! The check in process and scheduling the airport shuttle was easy. I loved that the room didn’t have carpet. The bathroom was clean. The bed and bedding seemed fine. The hotel was quiet. The fitness room was clean as well.

Linens were stained. Floor was dirty. Bathroom was tiny. Shower had very little room to move around. Less than half a roll of toilet paper was provided for 2 nights. Stayed two nights and towels were not changed. Overall not worth the price.

For a Hilton hotel, this was awful, and I'm so disappointed. The air conditioning was loud as hail as it was, once i put the heating on it sounded like a generator was in the room and it'll keep you awake. The breakfast was very limited. I've travelled quiet a bit, and only in the US did the breakfast not have any options for any type of salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) or sliced meat like ham or turkey, to put on your sandwiches. Your only option was peanut butter spread or jam spread... that's it. Absolutely terrible breakfast. If you’re not from the US and not used to their fatty foods, you probably won't like the sausages - they were disgusting. Your only breakfast options are: bagels with spreadable. Hot food: sausage, bacon, eggs, toast. Fruit: strawberry, orange and green melon, banana. Cereal options. Pancakes and waffles with syrup (no cream). And baked goods (muffins and pastries). Not a lot of healthy options whatsoever, or actual, good food. I couldn't stay with a cheap hilton again, they're only ever decent when they're ridiculously expensive - sometimes not even then! Unfortunately, this was the only 4 star hotel in the area, although I won't know how it achieved that and I'd give it like a 2. Also, in the review it says "how was the free breakfast" it was not free. It's $18 before tax.

The overall property and staff were good. However, I wasn't expecting my double beds to actually be two FULL size beds instead of QUEEN size beds in a Hilton hotel.

Not what I expected

The room was not what I expected for a Hilton Doubletree hotel. The bathroom stunk, and the toilet started running making noises. It was freezing cold when we got there and there were no blankets on our beds so I had to ask housekeeping. The ladies at the front desk weren’t helpful at all. This will be the first and last time I stay at this location.
