Reserved a room with 2 beds. Get to the room and the AC is broken and grinds very loud when turned on. Asked to switch rooms. They had no more rooms with 2 beda available. So I had to downgrade to 1 bed. They assured me there shouldn't be any issues because the room was just renovated. The renovation part was true but the issue was that it was completely evident upon entry that the room wasn't cleaned at all after the renovation. There was dust and footprints everywhere. Will probably never return to this location.

Pro - room is clean. - AC works and isn't loud. - requested late checkout and got check out time of 1pm. - not much noise from the street although the place is near busy streets. Con - The place appears severely understaffed. The parking lot had quite some trash when we arrived and for the whole 2 days it was not cleaned. - After 1 day's stay, we found our room door was never locked. It appeared closed but anyone can just push it open. The staff was responsive but they didn't have spare parts, so repair is only possible the next day. We then had to change room for this. - Not fit for people who like to sleep in warm blankets. The default covering was just one (or maybe two) thin bed sheets. I went to ask for two blankets (for two people) but was only given one.

There are 2 Staff members that I absolutely can’t speak highly enough ! I am currently homeless and they have been absolutely amazing and so friendly and welcoming ! They treat me like I’m part of their family ! There are other staff members that I will walk out and stay elsewhere with out a thought ! There are cheaper options for me but I choose to stay here Bec of those 2 staff members ! They are thorough and explain anything I need help with ! They greet me with a smile and always lend an ear to listen to me ! They love thier job and it shows !

Rhough the staff wasnt always at the desk when I came through, I never had any problems getting what I needed. They did run out of pots and pans so I bought a small set that will come in handy but they kept the property clean and it was fairly quiet considering i was the Christmas to New Years. Had some snow and they kept the sidewalks and as much of the parking lot cleared as they could. Would stay again if I wasntmoving to the area.

I initially chose this Extended Stay America because the price was affordable and check-in was smooth. At first, the property appeared safe and suitable for a longer stay. Unfortunately, multiple service and access issues made the experience very difficult. The room had two televisions, neither of which worked. I reported this to the front desk twice and was told maintenance would address it, but no action was taken until I personally spoke with maintenance after several additional trips to the desk. Front desk coverage was inconsistent. On multiple occasions, the desk was unattended, requiring long waits and calls to customer service just to locate staff. The manager later stated her phone had died, which is concerning for an extended stay property. I requested and granted a late checkout for 12:00 PM. After leaving briefly to secure additional funds, I returned around 11:30 AM and was locked out of my room. I waited over 20 minutes at the unattended desk, attempted to use the courtesy phone with no response, and had no access to my room while my cat was locked inside. When the manager arrived, the interaction felt dismissive despite the situation. Additionally, the kitchen was not adequately equipped for an extended stay. There were no pots or pans, only one cup and one pot, which did not meet expectations. Due to budget constraints, I will be staying again, but this location did not meet expectations for service consistency, front desk availability, or amenities
