The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not great. Only bold or decaf coffee and no microwave to heat up muffins.

Check in and check out was easy and the representative was thorough with the information that was provided. Just keep in mind if you want water you will pay $4 for a 20oz of Aquafina. I decided to go next door to the gas station and grab four bottles of water for a fraction of the cost that I would have paid at the hotel. Overalll the stay was good and affordable.

Could use some updating. TV didn't work in one of our rooms, but remote was replaced. Furniture looks pretty worn, pool was closed for repairs. Would have liked better and more choices for food. Otherwise, satisfactory.

This experience marks my first stay at a Marriott property that has not met expectations. As a traveling chef, I frequently move between various locations to support different accounts. Unfortunately, the elevator at the property was out of service, which posed a significant challenge due to my pre-existing knee condition, making it difficult to navigate the stairs. The breakfast offered was subpar, the pool facilities were closed, and while the room itself was clean and well-maintained, the property as a whole requires substantial improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

Nothing at this property worked. No elevator and was put in the third floor, called to get the television fixed and was told by front desk there’s nothing they could do, carpet beetles crawling around, mold in the bathroom and the paint on the walls chipping.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to its warm and friendly atmosphere. The hospitality was great, and one of the standout experiences was breakfast. The Italian chef Stephano truly made each morning felt like having breakfast with family. His kindness and big heart shone through in the way he welcomed guests, making sure everyone started their day with a smile. THAT IS TOP-TIER. The variety of breakfast options was great, catering to different tastes. I stayed in one of the suites, and it was impressively spacious. However, adding some cookware to the in-room kitchen setup would be a nice touch and i tub in the bathroom.(guessing i got a accessible room) The hotel’s indoor pool was a great feature, but it should have been in working condition. I was looking forward to using that. Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I’d recommend this hotel to visiting Travellers to Ct. Windsor.The hospitality, especially at breakfast, truly made a lasting impression.

Gave my room away....

Booked an executive suite and paid for the night before I would arrive so I could check in early the day I arrived. Called twice to verify that i wouldnt check in on the day of my booking but the following morning.... still gave my suite away. Not a big deal, and theyre supposed to give me a refund but we'll see, still wont be booking this hotel in the future.

I had a problem at this location. When I checked in they did not tell mke that the elevator was out of order. I am 80 yuears old and they gave me a room on the 3rd floor. I had to take the stairs and carry my bags up 3 flight of stairs. I will not stay at this location again.
