We were placed in a room next to the kitchen. At 4 am they began preparing for the breakfast buffet. Pots clanking, refrigerator doors slamming. Hotel is also under construction. They should have warned us before we booked

We booked this hotel for the pool for our 7 year Old. We had a sad child when we checked in and found it was under construction. A note on the website would’ve been very helpful. The front desk staff was amazing though. She was so nice and great to deal with. She had our sink fixed while we were at dinner.

The property is under renovation, so the pool was not available, which was the main reason we reserved this hotel. Aside from that great place for an overnight stay.

This is pretty much what you’d expect for this type of hotel but the staff really put it over the top for us. They were welcoming at check in, friendly and responsive when we had questions or requests. Would absolutely stay here again.

Was able to get a 3rd floor newly renovated King room which was amazing. Hotel currently working on 2nd floor renos, but although contstruction site, it is only obvious from the parking lot. Area a bit of dull, however not far to drive to anything you need. Hotel staff were great and breakfast was best of what to expect for continental.

Freezing in Meridan

I arrived late in the evening and was planning on just going to sleep. However, my room was cold even though the heat register said the room was at 70 degrees, it didn't feel like it. I bump the thermostat up to 75 hoping to get a little relief. I was cold all night. There were no extra covers that I could use. It wan't a good time.
