First this property is about 3 minutes drive from Bradley Airport. Very convinience. Clean, free parking. Free breakfast. Amazing staff. Super easy check in. Clean and big rooms. 1 minute from mayor highway that can take you any place you want to go/visit. It is only 20 minutes from Hartford downtown. Lots of fun, restaurants, entertainments, mayor malls etc.

Desk clerk was more than helpful. Loved the convenience of the hotel.They had coffee readily available, snacks and water dispenser. The LAZ shuttle was definitely a plus.

Stayed there before a trip. Was the most inexpesive hotel at the time. Room was very small but was clean and adequate for a one night stay and right next to airport. Staff was friendly. We left early before the breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Toilet was dirty! I had to leave the room after unpacking and settling in after a long international flight. I would have left the hotel if it weren't so late. Besides the toilet, the area behind the mattress/headboard looked as though it had never been cleaned/dusted. The elevator floor had debris and the corridors were so banged up. I had a bad feeling when I saw the general disrepair of the hallways and elevator that this was not a good fit for me. After staying in 3 star hotels in Europe that were clean, well-taken care of and breakfasts that were outstanding, this made me so disappointed in coming back to the US. The dirt here is unacceptable.

Great Accommodation For My Purpose

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The hotel was perfect; the location offered many good choice opportunities; I would say the only thing missing were shopping locations. But, this wasn’t my concern and they were available if you were interested in driving 15-20 minutes down the road.
