Itâs a treat to stay in this well designed, comfortable, and attractive tiny house. All our needs were met and the hosts were responsive and friendly.
Very pleasant tiny home. Nice touches throughout and we had everything we needed close by. Owners were very thoughtful and left detailed instructions etc..
My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful location, property, and thoughtful set up of this tiny house! Nearby Woodstock has a lot of great restaurants and things to do. We will definitely be back!
Arturo and John are incredibly thoughtful and attentive hosts. They have considered every possible need and detail in the space. Itâs beautiful, homey, and full of personality. The hot tub is a dream. We loved the location. It was easily to get to Woodstock, restaurants, and sightseeing, while still feeling remote and secluded. 10/10 would stay here again!
Great tiny home in a great location! The house itself is very well appointed and the hosts were great. They even left a little welcome bag of local products!! Just a few minutes drive to Quechee Gorge, Woodstock, and White River Junction. Plenty of trails and places to explore. Good restaurants and a lot of cool antique shops. Perfect mix of relaxation and fun.
A clean and appealing tiny house ideal for a single or two-person stay. We loved the views of peaceful tree-lined hillsides and the abundant natural light. Two sleeping areas include a better-quality sofa bed (unfold onto floor) and a comfortable queen bed with nice linens under the curved ceiling of the loft that feels a bit like sleeping in the cabin of a boat. Smart storage and most amenities typical of a tiny house. Excellent communication and very welcoming vibes from host Arturo. To stay here you should be comfortable with a steep gravel drive and nimble enough for narrow spaces and deep stairs inside. A special little spot convenient to Woodstock, Hartland, and White River.
We loved our first stay in a tiny home. It had everything we needed to cook and relax on a getaway weekend. It is situated very close to Quechee, Woodstock, and the neighboring ski resorts. The grounds were beautiful, we loved watching the snow fall in the evergreen trees from the cozy couch. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dogs as well. The hosts were only a text away for anything needed, we would highly recommend a stay here!
We were in the area for a wedding and decided to try our first tiny house experience. It was awesome. The living space is perfect and has everything you need, and the location is great and accessible to good snowshoeing, skiing, and shopping. Highly recommend!
A little slice of nature, we loved it! But cleaning needs to be addressedâŠ
My wife and I stayed here after our elopement, and the space/ setup was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, hot water worked very well, and the cedar hot tub was a dream. Unfortunately, some of the amenities were overshadowed by the lack of cleaning in some areas of the house. There was dust on a few surfaces, but we had the biggest issue with the dishwasher and laundry. the dishwasher pods that we were told to use didnât remove any food smell from the dishes, and left an oily residue on them, even after I put it through 2 cycles. We had a similar problem with the laundry, the detergent we were told to use didnât remove any bad smells. I believe a dog stayed with the tenants before us and although the sheets were clean, they had a dog smell that we had to get rid of. In addition, the shower needed a scrub, as it also smelled. We ended up going to the store to get proper cleaning supplies and just did it ourselves, which unfortunately took up a good amount of time during our short stay. The space is so wonderful and there was a lot of love that created that little home, but I wish it was properly supplied and kept, so its beauty can shine through.
Everything was perfect and as advertised. Very easy to communicate with owner. No issues and offered a very private relaxing getaway. Youâll love it. Worth every penny.
Really enjoyed the escape to some peace and quiet with the family. This was a great spot to unwind, but still close to restaurants, brewery, shops, trails, and anything you need. I highly recommend this spot!
We throughly enjoyed our stay at the tiny house! It is a great location just a 15 minute drive from downtown Woodstock. The added features of the hot tub, fire pit, and deck with string lights make this place stand out. The owners provided a nice welcome gift and a great guide to the area. Highly recommend staying here!
The tiny house had everything I needed. I was in the area visiting family so I was out a lot but if you plan to stay in there is enough here to keep you busy. Centrally located to the highways and fun activities. Arturo was a wonderful host .we were in contact (not for any problems or issues) and he always responded promptly . You will enjoy your stay here.
to keep you busyto keep ywonderful
Arturo and John were excellent hosts. The little welcome gift bag was very thoughtful. The tiny home was a perfect size for the 2 of us and our cat. It was the perfect midway location from our home in MA and our excursions to Burlington & Stowe.
I highly recommend this place if youre ever in the area. It was a perfect retreat just outside of Woodstock. I was able to meet up with friends and family and its a really nice private set-up, easily accessible from the main road. The hosts are easy to get a hold of. 100% would stay here again!
CHARMING Tiny House with every possible amenity and superbly gracious hosts! The house is on a lovely winding rural road, easily proximal to Quechee and Woodstock (and the ski resorts, I'll keep that in mind this winter ;-). The hosts have created the most comprehensive guide to the house and to enjoying the area. We were consumed by a horse show and didn't have much time to explore the area but loved reading about the richness of this lovely region that I have previously only enjoyed during ski season.
This property is lovely! For a tiny house, it has all the space we needed. The owners have thought of everything. This home is clean, welcoming and relaxing. From coffee on the tree top deck to a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking, you will be hard pressed to find a better stay than Swanns Way! We look forward to returning this fall!
We had an incredible stay at this amazing tiny house nestled in the perfect setting. Arturo was exceptionally accessible and responsive throughout our stay, ensuring everything was perfect. We were fortunate to experience a weekend snowfall, which truly captured the essence of Vermont. We can't wait to come back again!
We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were personable and dedicated to making their guests feel comfortable. My only critique is the house is described as "in the woods", technically it is on a main road but up on a hill, the deck and hot tub were more in the woods but neighbors houses were still in view. It did not change the stay or make the experience any less pleasant. The hosts are definitely premier and I would recommend this property to other friends and family.
Had a very relaxing, quiet weekend at the tiny house! It was a perfect getaway. We enjoyed the proximity to Woodstock and the hot tub! The welcome gift was also a very nice touch!! Would definitely come back!
