Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 ponds close to the house. There are 3 steps to entrance. Sorry, no children under the age of 7 years.. Stunning sea views. This is a splendid 3-storey holiday apartment on the side of the owner’s property, yet totally private. It boasts the most stunning views across the garden and the picturesque sea views. The property is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Guests are invited to enjoy the grounds, which extend for some 2 acres, including woodland. Hastings is just a few miles away with walks along the 1066 routes.

There are theatres, sports/golf facilities, walking, cycling, shooting, and horse riding all within proximity. For antique lovers, George Street in Hastings has old books and bric-a-brac, and many exhibitions and museums nearby. Other places to visit include Rye, Bodiam Castle, Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens, and the Kent and East Sussex Railway. Shop 0.25 miles, pub 0.5 miles and restaurant 2 miles.

Very clean and well-appointed. On 3 floors, with bathroom and kitchen downstairs, living room on 1st floor, and bedrooms on the second. Overlooks their pretty garden with water features and giraffes! Bring hand soap, as there is none in either kitchen or bathroom. Large and varied selection of DVD's for entertainment. Heating warms the rooms quickly and effectively.

Not suitable for the elderley

Too many stairs 46 stair steps from bedroom to bathroom off kitchen and back to bedroom. Stairs to steep hand rails not sufficient. Bedroom ceilings to low and not enough room one kept hitting ones head. Shower to small cannot bend down to wash legs only if shower door is open. Sea views can only been seen from velox on roof in bedroom. We are sure it is illegale to have a toilet immediately off the kitchen. The bathroom was very tiny. The drive was to steep to walk up and could not use an electric scooter for disabled. Definately not suitable for older persons like us at 86 years or anyone who is disabled. This should be made known.
