South ocean vila

Very good. Kitchen and bathrooms bit dated. Location good and beaches although small were fantastic. Condo spacious.

Wonderful location overlooking South Coast beach

The location was wonderful, right on the boardwalk and overlooking the water. The view and beach were awesome. The building has a nice little pool and patio overlooking the water. The unit is spacious and laid out well. The disappointments were that it has not been maintained. Bulbs were out in both bathrooms, the drains were slow in the sink and tub, the showerhead for the tub was weak and the water never got warm enough.. The beds were either creaky or too hard to be comfortable. The A/C in the second bedroom didn't work correctly. In the kitchen, the refrigerator, which worked well enough was covered with rust stains which was really offputting. The kitchen had silverware, dishes and pans but no condiments, paper towels, trash bags or dishwasher soap. Often previous visitors leave these kinds of things behind, which we did of our supplies. We did mention a few things to the Soco Hotel staff (we didn't want to seem like all we did was complain) and they tried to resolve the issues very politely and quickly. They replaced the burn out bulbs immediately, gave us a trash bag and batteries for the A/C remote. However they couldn't quickly fix the tub showerhead or drain so that was left to be done after our departure. So you couldn't beat the location and I"m hoping we can stay again if they fix some of these issues. Andrew and Michelle from the Soco were extremely friendly and helpful.

South Ocean e Soco Hotel

Ao chegarmos tivemos problemas com a reserva mas hotéis.com e a recepção do hotel, muito graças à ajuda da Shannon que foi um anjo para nós, conseguimos o apartamento 703. A localização é muito boa! À praia é linda e tem restaurantes perto. O calçadão é ótimo para andar até mesmo meia noite. A piscina do hotel sempre limpa e áreas comuns. O apart hotel não tem recepção mas o Soco hotel fica de suporte. Muito agradecida a Sra Shannon e equipe!!!
